We were out of air conditioning for the entire 4 night stay- staff seemed unconcerned. When asked for a discount they took $60 dollars off total cost which is not adequate based on the amount of money paid. We chose this specifically bc it had air conditioning and could have booked a place for way less money without air. Very disappointed!

There was visible dust and white powder on all bathroom surfaces. Trash was left under the bed which hadn't been cleaned under in a while I'm assuming based on the layer of dust. Kitchen did not have full set of dishes nor was there any soap provided for us to clean our own dishes. After housekeeping came through, we still had dirty dishes.

Terrible experience
Sheets were dirty floor was not properly cleaned. It took us six hours to check in after multiple room changes and no street parking with overpriced valet terrible service all around. Do not recommend unless you have nowhere else to go. This place is a little more than a shelter

Stay far away
Absolutely horrible stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. The room was outdated, and the bathroom was falling apart — cracked tiles, broken fixtures, and a shower that barely worked. HVAC was broken and they lied about fixing it. Took 3 hours to get a microwave, and every request meant going all the way to the front desk. On top of that, I was rudely told I couldn’t re-enter the building without a key, with no sign or warning. Completely unacceptable. Stay far away.

Not doing it again
The air-conditioning was broken and the room i was in was on second floor. Either suffer with the heat or open the door and windows and drown in street noise. Old room with broken blinds. The bathroom paint was peeling and the small tube of shampoo and conditioner was staged in the next room
