Everything about the hotel is great. The rooms are clean, the location puts you only a few streets away from the ocean and the view from the balcony is stunning. The staff are really friendly and always there to help. Its always a delight walking thought the lobby and being greeted with a smile.

Amazing Experience.
Nice location and service. Clean place and we have stayed there many times. Room was clean and no dust which is important. Our room had nice facilities and great for a family. Pool was under renovation but this was no issue for the family as its close to the beach. Great place

Feeling blessed !
The staff here at pacific monarch , amazing on point with their customee service . All always had a smiles on their faces . They love what they do and you can tell . Thank you all so much for making me feel welcome . Also all the knowledge about the island things that I’m so glad i was able to experience

Aloha! Welcome Home! Great location, walking distance to great food, shopping and the beach. Good value in Waikiki
Great location, ocean views, very friendly and helpful staff. I love when we walk into the lobby and the staff says, "Aloha Welcome Home!" Christieann was especially fun and friendly. We really felt at home here. Cold lemon water always available in the lobby was very refreshing and welcoming. It is very convenient to have a kitchenette. The best Musubi downstairs, right outside the door! Walking distance to freshly made Marugami Udon, with Dole Whip and Kalua pork next door to Udon. Walk to Shave ice, poke, shopping and the beach. Walk to the very best in the world Kouign Amann at b. patisserie in Kona Cafe at the International Market. Pacific Monarch was our home base for a multi-generational family reunion birthdays celebration. Candace in the reservations office was very helpful for booking multiple rooms. If you want to be in Waikiki, Pacific Monarch is a great value, great location, friendly and comfortable.

A Pleasant Stay
While this is an older hotel, as many are in Waikiki, the facilities, and room we stayed in, were well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room, and the view was very good, especially the sunsets from the lanai. We will stay here again on our next visit.
