Dear Claudia I will be arriving this Saturday and I am already stressed out from reading these reviews. There are many reviews critical of space, chair reservtion system and lounge chair availability at both the beach and pool. Going back in time the response has always been you are working with your team to resolve the situation. These reviews have all had smiliar complaints for over a year. Have you come up with a resolution yet?

Jan 11, 2025Amy Sorinio at the Marriott Stellaris Lobby Bar Casino.
We come to Aruba every year. One of the highlights is always watching Amy Sorinio sing at the Marriott Stellaris Lobby Bar. She is a fantastic crossover singer who engages the audience with everything from Opera to Jazz and Contemporary Music. We try to make it to her shows every Tuesday and Friday, it is something you do not want to miss. She is an amazing entertainer/performer.

We are staying currently on the Tradewinds floor of the hotel. We are supposed to have personalized concierge service and many other amenities. Other amenities are terrific The food is great, the happy hour, the breakfast...all terrific. However, oftentimes the food is put out late/not on time at all. The biggest issue is the personalized customer services that we thought we were paying for with the Tradewinds experience! The specialized Tradewinds floor concierge service is very very bad. They are rude, unhelpful, and very rarely provide the answers you need. We talked to the hotel manager they said they would address.it however, never did. We are still here for another week and are very disappointed in that level of service.

Jan 06, 2025NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR THE HEADACHE
The facilities are oaky - nothing great (seem much better beaches), but the staff is indifferent, very poorly trained, educated and rude when called upon to provide service. So at $600+/nite I need to get on an app that doesn't work to get a palapa; or wait 15 minutes to get a drink, or be told that lunch is taking 1 hour, or wait for breakfast buffet at 30 minutes. It's 3rd world meets crazy cost. DONT GO THERE !!!

Great location but caution with reservations! They’re tricky when it comes to cancellations and void honoring policy!
Great location overall and Aruba is a great place to visit. Lodging and food are both quite expensive and decent (not great). BUT Caution with this hotel’s reservations! They will avoid honoring partial refunds and not respond to inquiries.
