We had an amazing dinner at the Arubian the food was superb. But the staff is what makes it incredible. That is what makes a vacation. They are family. O’Dell, Michael, pagan, Mike, Manual, Roberto and Harold. Thank you for your Kindness. This is why I always come back.

Barcelo Aruba resonable but can improve. Bartenders are excellent. Food is average at best. Rooms and location are nice. Very friendly staff.

Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach
Love the hospitality! We spent most of our time here at the pool, definitely our favorite place to be! Jorman was our waiter a majority of the time at the pool and the beach. We love him! He had waters as well drinks for us when ever we needed them. I would come back here based on service alone. The rooms are good the food is good but the waitstaff like Jorman are what makes this place a 5 star resort!

Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach
Jorman was our waiter most of our days at the pool. He was always polite and attentive. He offered water when we weren't ordering drinks from the bar and was very knowledgeable & helpful regarding the area! Aruba and Jorman deserve 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

Jan 16, 2025Disappointing Stay at Barcelo Aruba
The lack of attention to detail, poor service, & unavailability of amenities made our anniversary celebration disappointing. I was assigned a room that was supposedly connected to another room, but the door between them was locked & could not be opened. When I reported the issue, the door was "fixed" but ended up being broken instead. Then the fridge in the room was not functioning properly, & there were hardly any water bottles provided.
