The staff was so friendly, food (except the buffet) was incredible, the room and resort itself were beautiful, and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. My cousin and I personally came to the resort to relax so we were absolutely fine that it was a very relaxing, quiet, reading and lazing vacation so if you're looking for a party (although the drinks were very good), this is not your place! The one issue we had was the fact that there were not any umbrellas on the beach and when we asked for one they would continue to say they had none available. The UV index is high and for a pale skinned person I desperately needed a reprieve from the sun while also being near the ocean. This is a strong recommendation for the resort to fix -- very easy and our stay would've been perfect! (I also do think the $20 room service delivery charge is weird....if it's all inclusive, it should be included)

Peaceful and relaxing
Very happy with the experience we had in this place, nice, quiet and with good food. In the spa the hydromassage areas are very good, the hamman was our favorite place, it would be perfect if it was slightly hotter wonderful place of peace. Everything was amazing! Nature, animals, everything is beautiful.

A resort to connect with your partner as it is very quiet
What stands out the most about this Resort are the green spaces perfectly integrated with the rooms, you can see a lot of respect for nature, also the very good service of the staff. I also want to mention the spa as we thought it was great that it was among the amenities you pay for your room. The food is WONDERFUL, the dinners had very varied options. In the activities they have a "Patios Tour" where the friendly Dayana explains a little about the culture and beliefs of the area and the meaning of the 6 beautiful patios that are in this property. On the other hand, swimming in the cenote is amazing, the water is incredible! Don't miss it. The beach is very nice and they also have food and drink service to the beach. Thank you very much for everything, we really enjoyed the days we were here.

Deep relaxing
This has been so far the best experience for vacation, deeply relaxing and quiet ideal for adults who want to spend some time away from all city noises and who want to get immersed into a comfortable and jungle environment full of fresh air and amazing views.

THE BLUE BEACHES IN A QUIET HOTEL
The rooms are far from the beach, but all around the hotel there are some bicycles, they have a safe road that helps the easy access to get to the beach. For breakfast there is always the aquamarine restaurant around 12 o'clock they open the CEVICHE that they have a variety of very good foods and drinks and the best thing is that they have beach service, it has been my favorite moment! The rooms are good, spacious and comfortable. But the blue beach has been the best of this whole trip!! A real gem!! It has really been one of the best vacations I have had, it is quiet, with an atmosphere away from party and friendly staff.
