  Not luxury; mixed bag crowd

  Pros: friendly staff, clean, decent buffet, poolside dinner night with grill, large rooms, easy to navigate smaller property, some very good dishes but hit and miss Cons: tap water has bad smell, restaurants have unacceptable wait times, watery drinks, no poolside service for food (only drinks), no beach water activities, $$ cabana charges, not enough towels in the room Overall a mixed crowd- some decent people and some trashy people. Not a 5 star location - beach is underwhelming . $200 coupon book has no real value and sip&savor program is not available at any hotel. I would not return.

  Anniversary Vacation

  We were celebrating our first anniversary. We didn't receive anything special except a banner on the door. We really enjoyed our stay. The room service was better than other all inclusive resorts we have stayed. All the restaurants we ate at were excellent. A special shout out to the man at the grill at the the Xcellarte pool. His burgers were the best. The roof top pool was amazing, the bar tender, Armando, was the best. He remembered everyone and what they were drinking. In order to access the rooftop pool, you have to upgrade to Xhale Club. It is worth it. You have access to a private lounge with top shelf liquor and better room views. Separate check in and out. Silk City Restaurant is an upgrade with the Xhale Club. Beautiful scenery and good food. There is an alacarte breakfast and dinner for Xhale members only. The Spoon buffet was excellent. Fish Nets had the best steak without an upcharge. Always daily activities and evening entertainment. Pet friendly. The beach is small & shallow. It appears to be shared with another hotel or locals. We spent most of our time at the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  Timeshare Harrasment

  We were literally followed and harrassed to attend a timeshare presentation, that lasted 3 hours. We felt like hostages on our vacation! Not impressed. Paid to stay here and get harrassed to buy a timeshare, not a fan of Breathless chains. FYI I am a travel agent and will nto recommend your porperty.

  Breathless Soul Cancun

  This resort is elegant and fun! The views from the rooms are spectacular. There are multiple pools on the property each with their own vibes. There are also many restaurants to pick from with delicious cuisines. The beach is big and spacious. The bartenders Jo and Ivan at the lobby bar were so much fun and they were truly mixologist. They took their time and put so much effort into making delicious cocktails. They really knew how to interact with their customers. They were the best!

  Good vibes

  First off , I’d like to say , after spending hours reading all these reviews, a lot are misleading and false.. Take my word as a legitimate review. When we got here (1pm)we got greated by a host with warm towels which was nice , brought us upstairs and gaves us drinks while we wait for our room. The lady at the front desk proceed by telling us it was 100 US if we wanted our room right away or if we waited till 3pm it was free. So by choice we said no, 5 minutes later she decided to get us a room for free (weird). We got brought up to the room and the ceiling was leaking/sweaty. The bellman radioed the manager and brought us back down , when we got to the front desk he was really nice and gave us a better view and nicer room to compensate. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining about the upselling , but what does people don’t tell you is that they are weak and can’t just say no to the start of someone bugging them. So then they complain about it. Party wise , hotel lacks of things to do at night , shows are boring .. this is more of a relax hotel then party . The hotel is very clean and has lots of arts in it I’ve also seen people complaining about the locals sharing the beach with the residents of the hotel but honestly they were all nice people and never begged or bugged anyone. I haven’t got bugged on the beach once’s to buy cigars or tours.. that was nice. Only thing that was annoying about this resort is when you go to exit either on the beach or in the front you have to give your name and room number since they run a no bracelet system.. they stop you every single time.. Also elevator has a lot of leds and mirrors , for some people I feel like it can promote dizzyness Food 10/10 Room 10/10 Room service 10/10 Hotel cleaness 10/10 Hotel staff 10/10 Cons : Same music playlist every day Having to give your room number everytime you enter or leave the resort Having to call for bathrobe everyday Party life is next to none, more of a relax resort .. no foam parties or any sort at the pool Pool needs more chairs , lots of people left without chairs because people put there towels and end up never sitting on the chair
