We chose this hotel because of the location and it doesn’t disappoint. It is very centrally located. Perfect for people who wish to do a lot of walking. It was very clean but could use a bit of updating, some leaking in the bathroom, etc. Housekeeping was rarely in until late afternoon, if that if important to you. The beach was tidy but lounge chairs have seen better days. A little disappointed we received our welcome letter with a lot of information about the hotel on the day we were leaving. It would have been nice to have it upon arrival. Overall a pleasant stay and it worked well for this trip.

Great place! Zoe and Leslie were so helpful and encouraging as we made authentic Mexican bracelets! The next day, Leslie and Christian helped us have a most memorable and fun kayaking experience! Thank you to the activity team! Also, the food and service were amazing. Super tasty meals and fantastic restaurant service! The housekeeper, Eustolia, did our room beautifully each day too!! The entire resort is gorgeous and clean!! Thank you Buenaventura Grand Great Moments Puerto Vallarta for the wonderful holiday!

Best service!
The pool service was the best, they were constantly checking in on us and made sure we were taken care of. We had constant pool side service and they were so so nice!! I would definitely recommend the espresso martini and the lemon drop! I would highly recommend to anyone!

4th Year Here
This is the only resort we've ever stayed at more than once. Our loyalty stems from the amazing connections we've made with staff; Oscar in the lobby bartends at lightening speed, making the best concoctions and always wirh a smile. Celso is a server at the pool and super attentive, sometimes anticipating what you need. Aside from the people, the hotel continues to make upgrades year over year. Since last year, they have new sun umbrellas, more (new) pool loungers, tables and the white paint is maintained. Some say there's not enough variety in food but really, if you're willing to try everything, it's a lot and quite delicious. Gloria in the breakfast buffet can assist and so kind. She's a wonderful server, recalling everyones beverage of choice each day. Opportunities include needing steps in the adult pool. There is only one ladder. The hotel also needs real deal security, tenured members that stand guard at the front entrance and side by the alley next to the premiere resort. And the sunset restaurant at night needs to rotate the menu for the people that go more than twice.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is right on the beach in a perfect downtown location with access to local shops and cuisine. It’s really the wait staff and service team that makes the whole experience. Celso and Miguel are rare finds and the best in the business. They’re both funny, kind, service-oriented and make your stay here worthwhile. Each and every employee at the resort works so hard and makes your trip a pleasurable experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!
