  Distinctly Average

  The resort was ok. It was more family focused than we would have preferred. Speciality restaurants were reasonable but not available enough in the evenings. Food offerings at lunch very average. One last thing to watch is their invoices and billing. We had an item appear in our bill that was not ours and they agreed to remove it. Loe and behold when we got back home the disputed amount was passed through my Mastercard Account as a separate amount without my permission which is very poor conduct indeed. They tried similarly to pass a higher speed internet fee to our son’s account. In other words watch your invoice and credit card statement with these folks. Really poor stuff!

  A great Resort

  Had a wonderful time at Coconut Bay! The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had, lots of options. We wished that there were more fresh seafood options for lunch or dinner. The rooms were a bit outdated, not many plugs to charge your electrical devices BUT they are renovating and from the looks of it… it’ll be amazing! By the adults only pool bar, we had an exceptional barmaid .. SAGE.. She was an incredible mixologist who made up some unbelievable cocktails which had us wanting to bring her home with us!!!! Flip Flops was a great snack bar with lots of options which were all amazing!!! Cowboy nite, was a fun time, the entertainment and music was amazing…. We definitely will be back!

  Always busy something to do and we didn't even do any excursions. That will be next time!

  Had a great experience and it has checked of all the boxes that my daughter and her fiancé were looking for to get married at. The food was incredible and the service by Randell was on point! We were in the buffet and he kept the dishes cleared and drinks filled. Went by the next day and he remembered us and remembered what we drank from the day before. My most favorite bartender was Nick !!!! Very personable kept the drinks coming and remembered what we drank and times. Remembered that I was a day drinker (Miami Vice) and ice water at night. There was stuff to do daily. Didn't see Lucy but did get to pat 1 of the 3 donkeys that roam freely throughout the property. Also one of the goats had babies while we were there. Definitely going back and not just if they get married. Could be our new yearly get a way.

  Great for family with adult kids

  This place we excellent as soon as we hit the door. Only a 5-minute mini-bus ride after you land at the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space to spread your stuff out. They have US and Euro outlets, but I recommend you bring a power conversion because they didn't have enough US plugs to charge our electronics. The bars were conveniently placed throughout the property to get your favorite beverage. We went during the NFL playoffs so lots of folks were hanging at the sports bar in the "Cove". Our adult kids really enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. We were able to get in some pickle ball. We went on several excursions and the host was very helpful to get us setup to hike Piton (this is VERY challenging so you need to be in really good shape to get to the top), we hit the land and sea package, and the zip-line. Make sure to place reservations at the specialty restaurants as soon as you get arrive because the reservation desk closes at 4 PM. It's totally worth it! The entertainment nights (country and carribbean) are a blast! This on our list of places to "come back again"!

  Best Vacation Ever!!!

  This resort is amazing !! The service is top notch ! Food was outstanding at each and every one . Our favorite restaurant were Calabash and silk with a big grand applause to our duckie little waiter named Jabari as he is the best waiter I have ever had at a restaurant in my life! A shout out to Gabina at the spa. This woman will give you the best massage of your life.. I promise during your stay you will thank yourself a million times if you go and visit Gabina at the Spa.(stone massage is out of this world ) Our service and the attention you receive at every single restaurant/bar is amazing. Dana and Shekina at the buffet are outstanding individuals !!! I love my girl Dana as she came to say hello to us everyday even when she wasn’t waiting our table ❤️. Shout out to Eron at the bar as he made us his very own specialty drink. Amazing drink … the best one we had during our entire stay! Hint : it’s orange red and yellow. He called it the Eron! We loved Edward in the upstairs bar( sorry my husband kept calling you by a different name) . Brad for getting us our morning stout for the hubby! And the bar manager Holder was a pleasant soul ( keep on singing those oldies at the piano bar) and made our stay extremely enjoyable with his knowledge of the local alcohol. Thanks to everyone and a huge shout out to the manager of this wonderful establishment Emilee as she will take any concern of yours to heart. She treats you like family. With a manger like this running the place it’s no wonder why the reviews are soooo great. Don’t stay anywhere else except for the amazing Coconut Bay beach resort and Spa when you are planning your trip. Loved the activities coordinators which brought us lots of fun entertainment and smiles. Topaz and Richie. Thanks topaz for dancing with my daughter at the cowboy night. (She never dances) ! We had an amazing time at the fire breathing show and playing pool volleyball and bocce ball on the beach. Hammocks all over the beach are a very nice touch! You guys are going to give the Sandals resorts a run for their money ! This resort is way better than the sandals resorts that are heavily advertised in the United States. This place even has bartenders that will come by and take a drink order for you while your enjoying the pool! A++++ thank you for the vacation of our lives
