Apr 24, 2025Absolute Paradise, the view is exceptional
I've been to Mexico many, many times & I'll start out by saying I don't go to all-inclusive mexico resorts for "foodie' trips, others may benefit from that "advice". The reviews terrified me of this place but the kids focus & water park were the main attraction we sought. What a pleasant surprise it was to arrive to friendly, helpful Geraldo in the reception and have the most epic week with our family, from arrival to departure. There are things that could always be a little bit better with all resorts,but not once did you get the feeling these people were not trying their absolute hardest to make your stay magical. The staff (ALL OF THEM) are phenomenal. Merylee in the buffet made us feel like literal family and was a absolute GEM to us. The location is incredible, we had the double floor family suite situated right in the lobby and behind the slides - no ocean view while sitting, but the lawn and sliding glass door access was PERFECT and we spent tons of time in the cool breeze. We didn't hear a lot, or really any of noise from the bar across the hall, I give this very family friendly resort props for their attempts to keep the adults happy in the 'club" at night the vibe was super fun ! As for the food it was exceptional when you take into consideration the sheer amount of people and eating going on, something for everyone and an incredible assortment - the Italian Restaurant was 10 out 10 and our very fave! We got resos at the 2 that required it no problem and they even accommodated some changes so our group of could be together. I know for a fact our kids are already so excited at the thought of another visit here and we will def be sure to be back. One more thing - DO not skip the family photos, the effortless natural beauty of the back drop made for stunning pictures we will cherish

Amazing for kids and Jesus & Lizabeth are fabulous
Jesus at the luggage check was amazing and took such great care of us from start to finish Lizabeth in entertainment was so sweet to my daughter Great hotel for kids so much activities to do and the waterpark is a blast !! Great experience overall

Much needed Vacation
Wonderful resort especially if you have a family. My husband and I have visited here 4 times now and have always enjoyed the variety of restaurants several pools and being right on the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of us. So many of the same faces year after year and they remember us. It’s like they say “Welcome Home”

It sucks the most food and sucks service sucks holes our room cheese at snack is mixed with something and it’s liquidy and disgusting and their pina colada is terrible and the slides are lame.It sucks it sucks it sucks and they don’t,t care about there guests and they suck
