Poor service from top to bottom, too much to list regarding pur Jan '25 visit. Resort remodel was only 2 years ago???? the rooms and furniture are very outdated. Service was poor and requests go unsanwered or very long response time. Room services not provided until a request was made and response time was very slow or no response at all.

Don't waste your money and time there, not worth it.
The resort is in very bad shape, filthy, and outdated. For such a small resort, more effort could be put into cleaning and repairing broken items. The rooms are moldy, and we had to pay extra to move to a better room, which also had mold. There were not enough chairs on the beach, so we had to wake up very early to reserve at least two spots for our family of five. We also saw staff collecting all the towels and personal belongings left on chairs to reserve spots. Just put more chairs so people don't get frustrated. Suggestion for Improvement: The resort should prioritize thorough cleaning and maintenance of the rooms and facilities. Additionally, increasing the number of beach chairs would greatly enhance guest satisfaction and reduce frustration. Positive Note: The location of the resort is beautiful, and with more effort towards improvements, it has the potential to be a great place to stay.

We had a great trip at Dreams Cozumel Cape! We were traveling as a large group of 5 couples for a week long escape. We had a particularly wonderful meal at Annatto, our chefs Damion and Anahi took excellent care of us and we're sure to check on us during our meal. The host Claudia made sure we liked our seating arrangements and was able to seat our large group together. While there our waiter Garni also worked tirelessly to take care of our large group and didn't miss a beat the entire meal. We had many great meals while staying at Dreams including some lovely meals at Oceana and Gohan. One of our favorite things about the resorts is the ability to visit the neighboring Secrets and Sunscape resorts. My personal favorite was the Coco Cafe, great way to start the day with a tasty coffee and finish the day with some yummy ice cream.😊 Overall, the resort was a great value and the staff here were the absolute BEST. I would love to return in the future.

Very relaxing resort…clean with excellent service. The food is delicious and we are very happy to be here. Everything is clean and service has been wonderful. And it’s nice to have access to all of the resorts on property. Big shout outs to Karina and John at the UVC club. They’ve been taking wonderful care of us.

Dec 22, 2024Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Overall, my experience at the resort was okay, but it didn’t stand out as particularly special. While the location and amenities were decent, there were a few key areas where the resort fell short. One of the most noticeable drawbacks was the limited food options available. The dining choices were not varied enough, and it was hard to find something that appealed to my tastes beyond the basics. It would have been great to have a wider selection of cuisines or specialty dishes to choose from. Additionally, room service was another area that needs improvement. While the staff was generally polite and responsive, the quality of the service itself didn’t meet expectations. Orders were often delayed, and on a couple of occasions, items were forgotten or incorrect. The overall efficiency of room service could definitely be better to match the level of comfort that the resort claims to offer. While the resort had its positive aspects, these shortcomings in food variety and room service affected my overall experience. I believe with some adjustments, it could easily improve, making the stay more enjoyable and memorable for future guests.
