Nice hotel on the surface however rooms not cleaned, towels not changed, sickness bugs rife, we all got or came home ill. Hotel staff striking as not paid enough, clearly they don’t look after them, they are rude and stressed, man at bare foot grill has no manners, pool guy stressed to the max as hotel over booked, no sunbeds in the day. Awful location with venues outside the hotel quite third world, beaches awful. Nice sunset bar area, about the only nice part. Wouldn’t go back to Tenerife, this location outside is a bit like Benidorm.

Beautiful hotel Amazing breakfast Spotlessly clean , friendly hardworking staff On check in my husband realised he had left his phone in the white taxi that dropped us off , we were both in panic mode but the helpful young man on the reception desk knew exactly who to contact & within the hour the phone was delivered back to us with just the cost of another taxi to pay , what a relief 😅 We didn’t get the young man’s name but we were very grateful for the help. Our highlight has to be the female & male violists around the pool , especially the guy who played Metallica on a violin, it was just a moment my husband will always remember. We are lucky to have travelled & stayed in many beautiful hotels & this hotel is right there at the top Book this hotel & you will not be disappointed.

Peaceful sleep
The hotel is second to none and the bedrooms are superb. The best beds I have ever slept in. Rooms quite at night with no youths running through corridors slamming doors. If you want a quiet night choose the Dreams Jardin Hotel. The breakfast room is vast and you may have to delve around many serving tables to find what you like, but I assure you you will!!

Love this hotel
2nd visit. Great hotel, convenient for many bars/restaurants/shops to suit all tastes and ages. Easy walking along good paved pedestrianised (mostly) pathways which are lit at night. Hotel is well staffed, breakfast buffet is fabulous. Never feels over crowded, live music throughout the day, nice blend of ages who all get along.

Fantastic Family Easter holiday
Excellent Hotel, clean and comfortable room, wonderful pool area with a variety of bars and restaurants. Buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner with a good selection of other restaurants. Outdoor gym area was a great bonus. I travelled alone with my 2 children and we all had a wonderful time.
