Bad food, restaurants were never open, management doesn’t respond to guests requests that were made months in advance. Roaches in the dining room, flies at the buffet, the shows were boring especially the bubble show, silent discounts too late for anyone to participate, karaoke didn’t happen when on the agenda

BEWARE OF THIEVES AT THE RECEPTION AREA
BEWARE!! My bag was stolen with $900 in it within the first hour of our arrival. We never even made it to our room. They would not show us any of the films they had in the front reception area or anywhere! We tried to meet with them several times and they would just make us sit and wait for 45 minutes and we would have to look for someone again and they would say they never saw anything. There are much safer Caribbean island resorts to visit. Try Curacao, St Lucia or Aruba.

Very good experience with a team focused on having a good and quality time for the families, Ari, Kelly and Leidy taken care of our daughter and had a wonderful time in the Explorer Club; all day were different activities and night shows just to have fun :)

Fantastic holiday
We had a truly delightful experience! The staff was genuinely attentive, and the entertainment was fun and engaging throughout our stay. A special mention to the Explorers Club—Kelly and Michelle were absolutely wonderful: kind, cheerful, and full of energy! Jonathan and Karen also made a great impression with their warmth and professionalism. The food exceeded our expectations: fresh, varied, and authentic—something you don’t always find at an all-inclusive resort. The facilities were perfectly sized—not too big, not too small—which made everything easily accessible and enjoyable. The resort’s proximity to the Ciudad Amurallada, along with the complimentary shuttle service offered twice a day, was a fantastic added convenience.

Amazing experience at the Dreams Karibana spa
I’ve been to many resorts and spas. This is one of the best ones! I indulged in an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Daniela. She is amazing. This resort is one of the best I’ve stayed at. They are so friendly and attentive. You’ll love it. 😍❤️❤️
