    Stellar service awesome experience

    The Customer service and attention to detail provided or beyond expectations. We felt pampered and that the staff was truly happy to serve us. The beds were super comfortable perfect mixture of firm and pillowy. When checking in, They asked my childs age, and I mentioned that would be 18 the following week… before we arrived to our room, they had a happy birthday banner on the door. Later when we returned to room, they had a cake with a happy birthday message. High attention to detail, bath sheets at the pools and courteous happy to do it service all the way around. Can’t wait to return.

    A great experience

    The resort was wonderful. The food was good. There are plenty of options. The spa was fabulous with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub that you can use before getting an amazing massage. The staff was fantastic! Dulce was a sweetheart and so nice. Made us feel so comfortable and welcome. She even remembered my name! Hugo, Emilio, and Mercedes were all in the preferred areas but were such great people and make our stay amazing. The gift shop was nice and had medicine and fun souvenirs. The staff at the shop were kind and helpful! Our favorite restaurants were Portofino and Bordeaux. They both had delicious food options. But I was happy with all the restaurants that were in the resort. Overall the stay was good and I felt happy and comfortable the whole time.

    Food was awful

    I had high expectations for my stay at Dreams All-Inclusive Hotel, but it was a huge disappointment. The food was terrible, and even the beverages were either overly salty or tasted like plain water. Cleanliness was also a major issue; I was shocked to find a chicken nugget under my bed, which clearly shows the lack of proper cleaning. The entertainment was extremely basic offering little to no excitement throughout the stay. For the amount of money you pay.

    Don't waste your money!

    The food and beverages were absolutely terrible. The taste was bland, and the quality was disappointing. The dishes were poorly prepared, lacking flavor and freshness. The drinks were no better, either tasteless or overly sweet. The service was slow, and the overall experience was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Save your time and money by avoiding this resort entirely. A truly awful dining experience!
