    Just book it and enjoy!

    It would be a huge stretch for me to come up with something negative. I traveled with my husband and two children under 5. We also had both sets of grandparents. We all raved about our stay and are hoping to go back again soon!! Just book it and enjoy!!!

    Unforgettable Dream!

    I had an amazing stay at Dreams Resort! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Poolside Vibes: By the pool, the staff went above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Papa Chicken, Demari, and Miguel for their friendliness and for making the perfect drinks! The energy was always high thanks to Victor OG and DJ Coca Cola, who kept the fun going with games and pool activities. I especially loved the Step Class—such a fun and energizing workout. Entertainment That Felt Like Family: The entertainment team was next-level! Their dancing was incredible, and the best part? They kept dancing with us even after the shows, which made us feel like more than just guests—we felt like family. The morning dancing sessions by the pool gave us a fun preview of the evening shows, and we loved every minute of it. Jhonny Bravo and Tairi did a fantastic job managing the entertainment team. It was such a treat watching them perform, host and sing karaoke! I would like to give a huge thank you to all the entertainment staff and bartenders—they were amazing and made the trip unforgettable! Special shoutouts to: Betty Boop, Barbie, Cardi B, Baby Face, Leonardo DiCaprio, Victor OG, Ninja, El Teacher, Melissa, Joselin, Adelainy, Shaggy, Nina, Chao Luis, Sammi, and Mermelada. Each one of you brought such joy, energy, TALENT and personality to every moment. The Fire Show was indeed Fire! You truly made this vacation special for me. I ended every night at the bar with Jorge, Junior and Yafreisy and that was truly magical. It was hard to say goodbye to them. Dining and Relaxation: Alexandra, one of the hostesses, ensured we were always well taken care of. She’s one of the most dedicated and kind people I’ve ever met. I also visited the spa and had the best massage by Santa—truly relaxing and professional. Dreams Resort delivered on every level, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so special!

    Most amazing 2 week family holiday

    2 wonderful weeks at this amazing hotel with the most amazing, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean, buffet & a la carte have a brilliant selection of food for everyone’s taste. Daily entertainment and the team was excellent again with things to do for everyone, from exercising, dancing, football, to hat decorating, pottery and jewellery making.

    Super place

    Dreams Macao beach complex is one of the most amazing places on this planet. We stayed there for two weeks this April and had the best time ever. The staff are superstars and go out of their way to please. Two young men in particular stand out one called Eddinson who attended the waterslides area was fantastic and very attentive and one called Lewis who was lifeguard mainly at the water slides was so much fun with my grandson. The food in all of the restaurants was delicious and well presented. Everywhere was spotless by the pools/pathways and even the beech. A perfect holiday that I can recommend to anyone.

    Children's Resort

    First, I would like to say the resort was very clean and very well maintained. The restaurants were good and buffet was outstanding. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The bad: this hotel is set up for families with children so when my wife and I wanted to go to the pool to swim and lounge around with a cocktail, kids were everywhere and always very loud. There was an 'adults only' pool but was restricted to Preferred guests which we were not. This situation came up again when selecting a sit down restaurant for dinner. The Oceana restaurant (the only place with seafood) was also for Preferred guests only. For this reason I will not choose a Hyatt property again.
