The rooms are fine but not in great working order. Many things were broken like the a/c dripped, the safe didn't work at first, the hair dryer was broken, some outlets weren't working, the battery to the door of the room died so we couldn't get in, the elevator on our side of the hotel was out, we did not get enough towels and never got hand towels, the sheets were old and rough (and no fitted sheets so the bed was always a mess to sleep in). The beach is nice to look at but you cannot go in the water due to it being filled with sharp rocks that will cut your feet (it hurt a lot!). The lobby has entertainment at night but the music was WAY too loud. Overall, this hotel needs to have lots of improvements done to be worth it.

All the staff at Dreams Playa Bonita were amazing. Zanchez was an especially attentive bartender. He was genuine, pleasant and kind. We definitely recommend not only coming to Panama, but staying at Dreams Playa Bonita. You won’t regret it.

My stay was very pleasant. The food was decent although the room service items were a little underwhelming. I can’t say this is the best place for a solo traveler but overall a very beautiful property with great customer service. There are plenty of things to do activity wise and the pools are beautiful. I stayed 5 days and did preferred the entire time. I’ve heard the preferred wasn’t so great for ppl and I can see why. The bartender at the main lobby bar was awesome (Zanchialano was his name I believe)Cheers overall.

My husband and I had an amazing time.
The grounds and beach are beautiful!! The jungle is just right there. Saw7 sloths, 2 babies, a capybarra and crazy raccoons. Newts and Iguanas, so many birds. The staff is so lovely, Kathleen is a great hostess. Rooms cleaned daily, turn down service treats and water replenished. Food is so good. Am a vegan, hubby is not, we both ate great. The a la cart menu is set but the chef made me something new each time. I gained, walked 52km and still did mmm. Wear the given bug repellent after 6, they are not kidding about the noseeums. Pools were clean, towels are fluffy, lots of chairs. Day trips well organized. We had a great time. We almost didn't go because a lot of people said they got sick. All I can say is the sun is very strong, find shade and look at the caution flags for the ocean quality. Flags flying for a harmful ocean bacteria or ecoli and people were in dunking their heads, ew. Wait a day, water moves, swim later, get in the pool those days.

Dreams finest all inclusive
Enjoyed my stay at dream, great quantity and quality of food and drinks, this all inclusive package was awesome , services over all was great. Mr Sanchez in the lobby bar was the greatest always happy and willing to help, I would stay again. Ty
