The food was delicious and the service was OUTSTANDING! Big shout out to our super attentive servers Gabriel and Roberto. Also, to the Manager Eduardo and our Hostess Tais…..WHAT A TEAM! You amigos are the BEST! Every item we ordered was delicious and…..but the desert…..OMG!…. Crazy good…..THANK YOU, Roberto. If you go to this great resort, dinner at Bordeaux is a MUST!

Dreams Rivera Canun Easter Week Getaway
We had a fantastic time, great pools, amazing restaurants and a good gym (needs a Zwift Ride). We did not try the spa, too busy. Santiago and Israel (our day time waiters of choice) kept us entertained and the drink flowing. Their suggestions for drink variety and knowledge of things to do was amazing. The rooms are clean, well decorated. If you can, upgrade to the 'Preferred' rooms and take advantage of the better views, spa tub on the balcony, plunge pool for those on the first floor. You also get access to the Preferred private lounge for snacks, drinks and private patio. The Coco Café has coffee and treats all day and there is not a restaurant that can't tickle you taste buds. The beach is fine white sand and the only draw back in the spring time seaweed. This was all about timing but the pools more than made up for it. The seaweed does not diminish watching the sunrise on the lounge chairs on the beach. What a great view of the ocean

Beautiful resort backed by even better service!
A beautiful resort. The service in the restaurants, room service (maids), bars and the pool areas was absolutely brilliant and really enhanced the stay for my family and I. The service, for me, is what separates the good from the great. Omar from the front of house team was amazing in his care, attention and listening to feedback and acting upon the feedback above and beyond!

Rolando at El Patio
Rolando at El Patio restaurant was an excellent waiter. He was very quick to get our orders of food and drink, including complications with special dietary needs. His English was also excellent. He went above and beyond to anticipate our needs.

A dream resort for everybody to enjoy a great time vacation
It was a unique experience about everything. From the every day maintenance of the resort, housekeeping, bars and restaurants, everybody is working hard to exceed your expectations. Tips or not tips, the services are excellente. All staff are friendly and professional, trying to make you feel comfortable like at home. Entertainment is very professional, and good quality shows. The resort is offering a variety of activities that you cannot be board. Room is been cleaned twice a day, and they have new open concept bathrooms design. Food is excellent, if you ask for special menu, chef can cook for you anything you desire. The resort it self it'a a dream you don't want to wake up. In the last evening at the resort we had a surprise special dinner at the buffet organized by the sea food night chef, Ivan Reyes and Juan A. the waiter. Ivan prepared for us fish, and shrimps with risotto, mexican style, super tender and delicious. The setting of the table, and the firework cake also made our experience more unic. With great thanks to sea food chef Ivan and Juan the waiter for making us feel special during our last dinner at the buffet. Monica :)
