This was my second time at the Dreams Riviera Cancun, and it was even more perfect than the first! The service and food are what brought me back! The work ethic that is seen here is a refreshing example of what true customer service is! I have worked in the service industry for over 27 years and I wish this type of service continues!

Amazing Resort for all ages
We just returned from Dreams Riviera Cancun this week and it was amazing! We were there with our three children and their partners. Everyone of us had a wonderful time and highly recommend it as a vacation resort. The restaurants had lots of delicious choices. My daughter-in-law is a celiac and the resort had many gluten-free options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have a seafood allergy and they were very careful with my meals. Food in the buffet was clearly labeled. From everything we saw there seemed kid friendly. There was a pool with slides etc, the buffet has a section just for kids, nightly entertainment for them with movies and popcorn. That is just what we noticed. Our favourite thing about the resort was the infinity pool and it overlooked the beach and had a great view of the ocean. We saw cruise ships headed to Cozumel daily. The beach was beautiful! We spent the majority of our vacation on the beach or in the pool. The was a beach bar and servers came around often. There was daily beach volleyball-so much fun. The pool has a swim-up bar and daily water aerobics-they could be pretty intense. The was also yoga and daily activities like guacamole lessons etc and a bicycle ride to Puerto Morelos. We used the spa for a hydrotherapy sessions and really enjoyed the experience...so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Our room had a partial pool and beach view. The room was lovely, clean, shower was huge, jacuzzi tub in each room. Make it your dream vacation.

10/10 Experience
This was my 8th stay at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was by far my favourite. The beach and the pools were excellent, lots of chair availability (without competition), plenty of towels, tons of activities throughout the day and very pleasant staff throughout the resort. The staff provide beach and pool side service for drinks that come around very frequently. The food was excellent, several options for lunch and dinner. There is no reservation system for ala cartes. It is first come, first serve and for a group of eight we never waited more than 5 minutes. The rooms were excellent, comfortable beds and well maintained. Overall we highly recommend this resort!!

First Experience at the Dreams Riviera Cancun
We have been to many of the Dreams resorts, but both the wife and I agree that this one had the best food! It was a beautiful resort with a gorgeous beach. The only drawback for us was the noisy children, but that was to be expected. As far as the service, EVERYONE in the resort did a fantastic job! A few of the staff members that provided us with exceptional service was waiters Kevin and Gabriel at the Bordeaux. Santos at the Sea Side Restaurant was exceptional! And also Santiago, Cruz, and Chris at the preferred beach and bar were fantastic with their service for us and our friends all week! Even Chris Velazquez, the UVC rep, did a great job of explaining the upgrades during our presentation. So the bottom line is, if you are looking for a very up scale Dreams resort, I highly recommend the Riviera Cancun. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience and hardworking staff
I had such a great time at this resort and the workers made the experience 10 times better to point out one, Uzi created a very enjoyable and exciting experience with the activities he hosted and his bubbly personality!! Thank you to all the resort staff especially Uzi!!
