Dreams vista was a good experience. Food was good, clean, and fresh. At the buffet in the morning and for lunch, Geovanni is one of the best waiters. The beach isn’t the best. Cancun has better beaches. The workers are for the most part helpful and pleasant, but some are miserable. Cancun is always a beautiful time. I wish there was more live music at the pool. It’s very calm and quiet. There is a place for kids to engage in activities, it’s called Kids Explorers Club. Which, is awesome because you can get a break from your toddler if needed. 3 years old and up. It’s a calm resort with night entertainment.

The major issue with this hotel is it's architectural design, as it creates a major wind tunnel. I mean it's not just an ocean breeze, it's extremely windy. Some days were at 20+ mph winds. The beach area here is not the crystal glowing blue that you would expect from a stay in Cancun either. Next time we visit Cancun, I'll for sure stay at a resort in the Hotel Zone.

Beautiful resort with excellent food, ambience, and service. In four days here, we didn’t run out of things to do. We were able to try most restaurants and they almost all exceeded our expectations for all-inclusive dining! The kids club was great. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, including the amstar representatives who arranged our pick up and day trip to tulum. The concierge was also great! I’d strongly recommend the preferred guest add-on. The exclusive club, rooftop, steakhouse and beach were well worth it!!

Not the Vacation We Expected
Review of Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort Reviewed yesterday Not the Vacation We Expected We recently stayed at Dreams Vista Cancun, and while there were some positives, overall, it wasn’t the relaxing experience we were hoping for. The Good: The staff is extremely courteous and polite—every interaction we had with the team was warm and professional. They truly do their best to make guests feel welcome. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a lengthy and unexpected sales pitch. Upon check-in, we were invited to the “preferred lounge” and offered a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, spa treatments, and other perks. We were assured it wasn’t a timeshare presentation—yet we were stuck for over two hours, saying no repeatedly to several different salespeople pushing their “unlimited vacation” program. It was exhausting and not the welcome anyone wants on vacation. The hotel itself feels somewhat dated, especially the rooms. They are not up to the standard that I was expecting, but we made the most of it. Our mini fridge was supposed to get restocked daily, which that didn’t happen. Due to the architectural design of the hot, the wind gusts are extreme and constant, making it hard to enjoy any outdoor space comfortably. Even the nightly entertainment by the pool is affected, as it's located in the windiest part of the resort. The winds were the real kicker but we friend to make the best of it, although one day we left and spent the day at Isla Mujeres, which is a short ferry ride and the port is super close to the hotel, definitely recommend doing that. Drinks were quite watered down, and carbonation was nonexistent unless a fresh bottle was opened right in front of you. The food was what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort: average, nothing memorable. As for the “fine dining” experience at Vista Prime on the rooftop. While the ambiance and service were lovely, the food didn’t live up to the hype or compare to a true high-end steakhouse. The beach was another letdown. If you're expecting the typical stunning Cancun beach, this isn't it. It's small, murky, and full of coral-like debris. The entry into the water is rocky, making it difficult to enjoy even the hammocks in the shallow water. Final Thoughts: This wasn’t the hotel we envisioned. Between the high-pressure sales, windy conditions, and underwhelming amenities, we left feeling disappointed. While the staff was great, we wouldn’t return or recommend Dreams Vista Cancun

The staff here was amazing. They took care of our every need and were always welcoming and friendly. Brian and Alvin at the pool & beach bars kept cold cocktails in our hands and were so nice to our group. Estella in house keeping made sure our room was clan and well stocked each day.
