Apr 21, 2025A WiFi-less Vacation
Resort is great however wifi is very poor. It’s almost non existent. Resort is clean, food is good but feels like prison without internet. Would have been a great experience relaxing in El Greco while browsing the web and being connected to the rest of the world .

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each day. Breakfast was adequate, a typical hotel breakfast. Dinner was great, offering a mix of traditional Greek dishes and international options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Every team member we interacted with was courteous, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The rooms were decent and maintained well. We also loved the attention to detail in service — whether it was the quick check-in or prompt room service, everything was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

My experience of this hotel wasn't the best every issue I had was not attended to. I had noisy people next door past midnight shouting and banging as the walls are very thin! You can hear everything going on and when I told reception they said we will send someone down... nobody came! I asked for a duvet twice I was told someone will bring you one..surprise nobody did! Asked for a towel so I didn't have to walk back to my room.. was told no! Nice looking hotel but awful service! Nothing special about it.

Manos Bellos thank you so Very Much
Haven’t visited yet arriving 11th of August 2025 staying at the hotel as our daughter gets married near by. I would just like to say how pleased I am with the help I have received from Manos Bellos from the concierge team. I needed help re hair and makeup for the day and Manos has been amazing so very helpful and professional. My fear of finding a makeup and hair artist was quickly sorted by Manos and I cant thank him enough. An excellent pre engagement of what to expect from the beautiful hotel.
