Great place to stay for a Disneyland vacation.
Had a great experience what at Disneyland. Lots of options to get to and from the park. Park transport at the front door and county transit on the main road. Was very easy to come back in the middle of the day to take a break. Breakfast was great (try the egg bowl) and evening reception was one of the best I have experienced at an Embassy Suites in a while. One elevator was down during our visit which made for some awkward wait times, but that stuff happens. Frank at front desk was super helpful!

Excellent stay at the Embassy!
Embassy's are not the most fanciest hotels, but typically I know what to expect when staying, and my company often will book my room and our conferences at one. They vary from place to place. This one was pretty exceptional. It felt clean and fresh from my sleeping room to our conference room. I always appreciate that the bedroom placed so that there isn't noise coming from the hotel and this was a quiet stay. The bed could be a bit more plush, but it was a good night's sleep. Clean and comfortable throughout. The breakfast was better than most: eggs and fruit were good. Love having a fridge and microwave in my room as I often will eat in while traveling for health and ease. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. I asked my company if we can book here again next time!

Amazing Hotel!
I stayed here for a long weekend in October. This is an amazing hotel! It about a 30 minute walk to Disneyland but only about a 10 minutes Uber ride. The rooms are very spacious. Most rooms include a kitchen/Living area and than a bedroom area. It is a very good location even thought its not located directly in Los Angeles it still is only about an hour Uber ride away from Beverly hills and Santa Monica. Great hotel if you want to go to Disneyland and the beach!

Customer Service Improvement Needed
We recently stayed at Embassy Suites Orange off North College Blvd from 10/27-10/29. The location was ideal, close to Disneyland and Christ Cathedral, which made our outings super convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety that really set us up for each day. However, the guest services fell short. Upon arrival, we found our room lacked basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and the in-room phone wasn’t working, so we couldn’t call guest services directly. We requested our room to be serviced to address these missing items. While the bed was made, and fresh towels were provided, there were still no toiletries when we returned. It really made us question the thoroughness of the room checks and cleaning standards. While this hotel is great for location and breakfast, the lack of attention to detail in guest services was disappointing.

Daniel Ariciano failed to follow up, watch out for fraudulent charges at this facility.
The stay in general i would say was average for a hilton experience in california, room was clean but smelled like marijuana from the neighbors next door. My complaint is it required 1 unread email, 8 phone calls and roughly 4 weeks of my time to correct a fraudulent bar charge on my stay. Mr. Ariciano and his team offered to review camera footage to "confirm who was at the bar and ask the employee for their story" and then reach me back. No follow up, I call back and the evening manager is clueless. I was even told that Daniel is so busy and prefers to be messaged via email. My email left unread with no response. I eventually was transferred to hilton where hilton corporate left a message on my behalf. The hotel had 48 hours to respond to me via email or phone call, neither of which happened. Eventually i called and was transferred to the director of finance who credited the charge the next day. I just wanted to highlight this charge was less than my parking. In fact, the mistake placed on my account was the least expensive item on my trip. I could have just called my credit card company and handled it that way. But I took the chance that the property understand my complaint, review the footage recognizing I was in disneyland at the time of this charge and then refund accordingly. But instead of the property taking ownership of their error I spent a month of time disputing a single $16 charge. A charge in which the signature doesn't even match the signature on the back of my credit card. Ridiculous. And just fyi for the management staff of this property, I looked at the copy of the receipts. When someone charges something from the bar to a room, it prints my entire name and room number on the receipt. It would be extremely easy for someone to just write my room number and name just from looking at the second copy. Maybe something they could recognize when training their staff. Scary how many other people probably might be going through this same fraudulent activity. and from a hilton no less
