Don’t forget to get a massage!
Great place for groups, large or small. There is something for everyone 24/7. The spa may not have the look of super luxury, but the services are definitely top notch. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage, and have to name drop Daphne. She is AMAZING!

Amazing!
Me and my husband stayed in this very hotel 5 yrs ago. We always said we would go back one day but this time with family and we did, for his birthday and wow let me tell you. We had the most amazing experience and time. The food is top tier. All the staff were super attentive and friendly. The activities were great. Room and pool areas clean. Drinks were amazing and did I mention the food?? We loved it and want to go back already. The entertainment team was great thanks again to Eddie for making it such a great time along with his team. I 1000% recommended this place. The music and bands were awesome. They also remembered my husband's birthday and had a little surprise set up in the room. Can't say enough great things

Relaxing Stay
My family just returned from this resort 2 days ago for 7 nights. We booked through Costco Travel Canada. It is an older resort and fairly small. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I haven’t been to Mexico for quite a long time, so have nothing to compare to. The food in the a la carte restaurants was delicious. The buffet food was ok. The only complaint I have is wieners were passed off as breakfast sausages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What made our stay fun and memorable was J.J (Juan Jose), our server out by the pool. He is so upbeat and fun! You can tell that he loves his job! Thanks J.J! All our servers in the a la carte restaurants were fabulous as well. Jairo at the Italian Restaurant, Oscar at the Steak House, Alberto and Alberto at the buffet..to name a few that stood out for me. The beach was awesome and well maintained, with attentive life guards on duty. It was a very relaxing stay!

Small resort with amazing food
My husband and me just returned from this resort for 5 nights. We booked through Costco Travel Canada. There are many positive aspects to this lovely resort but of course some downfalls as well. This resort is old, so if you’re looking for a modern, new atmosphere this is not the resort for you. It is also fairly small with not a lot to do other than swim and drink. The food is delicious and the buffet and restaurants offer many amazing options. Having said that, I did get sick one evening from eating something at the buffet. You don’t need reservations to eat at the restaurants and it wasn’t busy at all. The rooms are quite basic and not a lot of privacy in terms of where the toilet is located, not a big deal as we didn’t travel with our kids this trip. Speaking of kids, this resort is definitely family friendly, lots of kids were here with their families. There is a small kids pool with a small water slide that is in need of some upgrades. I also didn’t see kids menus at the restaurants but if your kids aren’t picky they should find something to eat. The beach is phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful and swimmable. It is a bit rough when it was windy but still could go in and cool off. The resort is clean and the staff are of course friendly and very helpful. I probably wouldn’t return to this resort as we’re used to larger resorts with more to do but if you like a smaller resort with a chill vibe this is a great place.

Great resort and services for a wholesome vacation.
We are a vegetarian family, and after brainstorming for a while, we decided on Fiesta Condesa. Pros: great options to snack in between without moving an inch. Everything is right there where the party is. There are food stalls throughout the resort and you can enjoy nachos, burgers, pizzas, wraps, crepe, exotic desserts, cocktails, mocktails etc etc. I cannot count how many crepes we ate, Paola was perfect in making the best mouth melting crepes. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is huge with so many food options. The rooms are basic, I wish the bathrooms had a door. But we didn’t mind as we used to be in the pool and beachside for entire day and only return to sleep in the night. The rooms were cleaned each day and a champagne bottle was given daily with fruits. The restaurants are beautiful too, and a great combination of all cuisines. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were able to find taxi service easily at the resort itself and there’s bus service too. Cannot wait to come back here again and spend memorable time with family.
