Delightful Stay
We stayed at Fiesta for five nights in December, and it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Our trip focused primarily on snorkeling in the hotel's small reef, where we saw lots of marine life with vibrant fish, parrotfish, puffers, starfish and white polka-dotted stingrays. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A heartfelt thank-you to Teresa, Fernanda, Alejandra, Brenda, Manuel, Antonio, Jose, Eduardo, Louis, Ismael and many more—your hospitality and genuine care made us feel completely at home. I regret not remembering all the names, because every team member contributed to the great service and friendly atmosphere. The recently renovated pool looked beautiful, though we didn’t use it much as we spent most of our time snorkeling. As for the food, it was abundant and offered great variety. The property has three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Mexican—which can be reserved through an app, as well as a main buffet and convenient beach shacks. Overall, it was a great getaway filled with relaxation, good food and warm hospitality!

Charming Hotel great for snorkeling
Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive is a wonderful resort on Cozumel's southwestern shore, perfect for families, couples, and friends. The location is ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling, with easy access to some of Mexico's best underwater spots. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with many offering stunning ocean views and private balconies. For an extra touch of luxury, book a room with a private pool—spacious, heated, and equipped with four lounge sun chairs. Dining is a highlight, thanks to Chef Jose Luis Pinilla and bakery chef Rolando Mendez. Chef Mendez's Rosca de Reyes was a visual and culinary delight, and his custom turtle dessert chocolate masterpiece was a memorable treat. The coffee shop, managed by Srlene, serves the best cappuccinos and lattes, with options to add Baileys or Frangelico. The vacation planners, Pamela and Ana, provide excellent service, and the beachside cook's chicken wings and nachos are a hit. The pool bar staff are friendly and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable. For explorers, bring your snorkel kit. The hotel's beach offers fantastic snorkeling, and private boat tours to Cielo, Cielito, Colombia, Bacalar, and Palancar are highly recommended. However, there's room for improvement. The hotel needs dramatic upgrades, including a better sewer system, improved irrigation, fewer leaks on the first floor, and taller ceilings. Overall, Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive offers a blend of relaxation, adventure, and exceptional service, despite needing some updates.

Stay Away!
We have stayed at several Fiesta Americana resorts and are rewards remembers. The best was Condesa in Cancun so we booked here expecting the same. We had the master suite with plunge pool. The room was nice and the best part of the resort. However the showers only have rain cans with low water pressure. The shampoo and body wash were broke in one shower. The layout is horrible. The buffet is across the street and was closed Saturday night when everyone was trying to go. The three restaurants were full and require reservations so we had to eat room service which is mediocre at best. When checking in we were not told of a concierge or about the rewards club on the 7th floor. 2 days later we asked about it and were told it’s because we booked through Expedia. We did not. We booked direct. There is no currency exchange here. One night there was a spider on the room floor. There is only one bar open at night by the pool and closes early. We asked for a 12 pack of beer and 2 cokes for the room. $34 charge. For what we paid we were extremely disappointed. Being rewards members meant nothing here. The bartenders were friendly but we tip well. Staff is friendly but not helpful. Fiesta Americana should be ashamed of this so called resort. The hotel is not on the beach. I could go on and on but will stop here. I hate giving negative reviews but money could be spent better elsewhere. For what we paid I expected a lot more.

Exciting and informative
Great snorkeling with the guide named Adrian. His explanations were very interesting and inspiring, making the whole experience more enjoyable. You can tell how much he loves and respects the environment in which he has lived, and how much it means to him that we all protect it to the best of our ability.
