My sons and spent a week there and we had a great time. We upgraded to the Fiesta Club, which I highly recommend if you a traveling without young children. Rafeal was amazing, he actually remembered my name from a visit two years ago. He takes very good care of you. We also spent a lot of time at the Cevicheria when it becomes a nighttime happy hour spot . Christina and Lily were amazing. The food was really good. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant the French restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Room service was also very good and we received our food usually within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel

Stellar Staff and Relaxing Vacay
Love this place! Shout out to Lilly, Ruby, Raphael, Nacho, and Carlos for great service. I was here a year ago and it’s so nice to see the same amazing staff. The new fiesta club bar has amazing sunset views. Lounging at the warm adult only pool is the best way to spend a carefree day. I’m going home so relaxed and can’t wait to return.

A beautiful location for a special celebration
Stayed here for four nights as part of a wedding. Charming resort, great location, about 20 minutes away from the airport, the cruise ship terminal, and downtown. Some highlights of the trip include: - The wedding ceremony was held on the beach and reception on a grassy area. The canapes during cocktail hour were some of the best I've ever had at a wedding. - La Cevicheria, my favourite restaurant at the resort as a seafood lover, and a beautiful view of the beach. The chef even went out of his to prepare a special meal for us when he found out we were part of a wedding party. Would definitely recommend! - The couples massage at Nakawe Spa with masseuses Pera and Verre. Even my normally massage-adverse partner felt relaxed afterwards. After the massage, you have access to a private jacuzzi in addition to regular sauna and steam room services. - Deli Express, for morning lattes and afternoon ice cream service. The ladies there were always a friendly face to greet my morning. - Carlos from the Vacation Club. Just a shout out to him for being friendly, open, and a guy who has a huge heart for dog rescue. If you meet him, please as him for dog pictures! A few minor criticisms include one elevator that stalls sometimes. Also if you're a sensitive sleeper you may not appreciate the morning peacock calls. However overall we had a great time and would love to return soon!

Best experience ever
Where to start? My wife and I stayed at FA a number of times prior to COVID and loved each and every stay. After COVID the prices at FA became too high and we tried other resorts in PV and Mazatlan. This year we found a deal at FA by booking early and stayed for 7 days in April. Well in a nut shell "we did come home". This was our best all inclusive experience every in Mexico. There were no negatives in any category. All the staff without exception made us feel like royalty, special thanks to Gume (breakfast), Jose (Mexican restaurant), Nacho and Raphy (Sonne Club). A very special thanks to Danae (best described as a cruise director) she went above and beyond to make our vacation an awesome time. We were celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary and she arranged for a special lunch at the newly renovated Cevicheria sea food restaurant as well as some other surprises. All in all a fantastic trip and we will be returning to Fiesta Americana for future vacations exclusively.

Amazing Resort
If I could give it more stars I would! We had a 4 night 5 day stay 2 adults 3 kids and every single day was amazing. What sold me was the people here. The staff is friendly, very helpful and make you feel like family. The food here never disappointed. We had ceviche 10/10, shrimp/fish tacos 10/10 we had Italian, Mexican and Asian food ( my personal favorite) but in all they were all my favorite 10/10. Beach is just steps away. The pool has a kid area which my 2 yo daughter loved. The scenery is absolutely stunning! Hotel is 15 mins from airport and there are shopping centers in walking distance. I’m ready to go back!
