Manuel Cetzal was our server at cafe Solaris. He was absolutely excellent! Warm, friendly, fun and accommodating. He made our dining experience feel like home. He was an absolute pleasure and we are forever grateful for his service. Manuel is a superstar.

Experience in gr solaris
Place is stunning. Concierge were friendly and accommodating. Facilities and amenities were great. Food can be a little better. We enjoyed the dreamland show. Hope they’ll be more!! Participants were great and friendly. Would recommend to a friend

Fantastic Vacation
Beautiful!! The staff I cannot tell you how kind, considerate hard working!! Yasary in members lounge made our check in and out flawless! Every lady in the spa service bravo, exceptional job!! My wife and I received a couples massage and it was perfect in every way! As for the room, extremely clean with a beautiful view! And that cleaning was done every day!!!! Beach was beautiful, bartenders were very professional polite, and definitely took pride in their craft!! Again, Bravo GR Solaris Cancun, your staff and service is exceptional!!!

Mexican Hospitality
The amenity and rooms are well maintained and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and linen lovely and soft. The food it generally well prepared and well presented with a great diversity to choose from spesifically at Cafe Solaris. The restaurants are somewhat dissapointing. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The pool is nice and the beach and ocean breathtaking. The hotel is quite a distance from the shopping centres and restaurants and the sidewalks does not really allow for jogging or cycling. All-in-all good value for money.
