Jan 17, 2025Had a very nice stay but I wish we were told that there was no beach.
Our pool server Sid was very friendly and attentive. We were lucky to have him every day. Also, all staff in all parts of the hotel were very kind and extremely anxious to assist us in any way. Shuttles accommodated us whenever we need them and were very prompt. Never needed to wait long for a cab. Thanks to all

Relaxing In The Grand Cayman
The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great welcome from Amanda at the front desk. The waitstaff at the restaurants were very accommodating, especially RJ and Belle. Sitting by the pool was relaxing and the staff could not have been more attentive, thank you Sid and Murine. 🙂

Stayed here five nights in December 2024. Clean, spacious room. Nice swimming pool. Nearby access to beautiful beach. Good restaurants. Friendly service. Nice spa. Front desk staff could have been a bit more attentive but otherwise had a nice visit.

We can’t wait to return!
My sister and I just completed a 3 night, 4 day stay at the GC Marriott and truly enjoyed every second. From the doorman to the inside and outside staff, everyone was warm, welcoming and accommodating. We especially loved Adi and O’Brian who made the pool and outside restaurant patio experience simply wonderful and Dre for his helpfulness to plan off property adventures that included the beach shuttle, taxis and local recommendations! The resort was not over crowded and we had no difficulty getting ocean front pool chairs. Although the rise of the ocean has taken away its beautiful walkable beach, this did not negatively affect our stay! Guests can access the beach to the right of the property for a walk or beach time. Guests also have access to many complimentary amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, anchored floats and trampolines to take full advantage of the ocean. The man made reef was amazing and we spent a lot of each day taking in the underwater beauty of vibrant tropical fish, stingrays and lobsters! We ended our trip in the spa with a facial and a massage which were the best we’ve experienced. This property and its employees really do feel intentional and personal, going right along with Marriot’s summer beach house theme and appeal. We cannot wait to return and would absolutely return to the Marriott on Seven Mile Beach.

Excellent service makes this a property to choose
Everyone at this Marriott property provided incredible and personalized service with very few (if any) hiccups in service and attention to detail. Dre at the front door was always great to see and talk with. Jeissy at the front desk. Junita with the awesome kid's club activities and making s'mores in the evening time. She and Gesta made it a point to know my family, our names and when we couldn't join in on the Easter Egg hunt they made my kids feel like they didn't miss out by having something set aside from The Bunny for them. Dehemah at the Vista Bar and pool was always a joy to see and talk with. She took incredibly good care of us and we always missed the time when she wasn't working. Siddharth was also fantastic and another credit to this property. Our housekeeper, Emira, kept us cozy and our room clean. The onsite food options were excellent and those who have curated, prepared and served the food deserve high praise. Diego on the management team and Hermes Cuello, the GM, made sure this was a trip to remember. I can't recommend this property more. It was an amazing trip made possible by the incredible group of people that staff this Marriott.
