I Had a romantic moonlight beach dinner with my wife. Alexis, Concepcion, Mike, Francisco, Oscar, and the entire team were very kind, helpful, the food was amazing, and they provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent service, wonderful spa, and exceptional Infinite suite accommodations
Excellent service, wonderful spa, and exceptional ocean-front suite accommodations! There were lots of great moments but two things particularly stand out! First, sit with Emanuel by the pool in front of the east Tower. He made every day fun with the most amazing customer service. From fun drink concoctions to going above and beyond in ensuring we had our favorite snacks at just the right time every day to calling the restaurant where we were having dinner to ask for a special seat. He made us feel like family. We will miss him! Secondly, reserve the private dinner on the beach. We were greeted by Alexis, the Manager. He was welcoming and ensured we were pleased throughout our experience. Concepcion and Miguel were our servers, and they were exceptional with their 5-star service. We felt like we were the most important guests in the resort. They brought surprise and delight with extra samplings from the chef, taking pictures of our family, ensuring our wine glasses were never empty, and always with a friendly smile. We had filet and salmon entrees and the food was far superior to anything else we had throughout the week. Our only regret was doing this our last night and not booking it twice. The Infinite club was nice. Since our suite was in the East Tower and the Infinite Lounge and Infinite reserved beach and sundeck seating was in the West Tower, we didn’t enjoy those amenities as much as we might have with better proximity. We did take advantage of the recommendations from other reviews and made all our dinner reservations right away. With the exception of our beach dinner and Isla Contoy (which I believe is the same chef) which was excellent, the food was average - more of a 3-star experience. We had high hopes for the Steakhouse and Torii, based on others reviews, but were disappointed in both. The traditional Mexican restaurant, La Joya, was the best of the rest with great service from Manuel and a phenomenal mariachi band; however, the entree selection felt more limited than we would have liked. Pool food, room service, and the gelato and coffees at the Cafe were all good. Buffet breakfast had some highlights like the egg/ omelette station, smoothie station, and delicious crepes, but the food in the buffet line was cafeteria like. I think it’s hard to maintain quality when serving that many people in chafing dishes. Housekeeping was excellent. We had a Master Suite with a connecting room for our adult daughters. Our rooms were spotless every day and the turndown service at night was amazing. We loved having the stocked mini bar and a huge balcony to enjoy. Night life was limited, which we expected, but the silent disco was tons of fun. There were several bars we could have gathered with friends though if we had traveled with a group. The spa facility is truly exceptional. Don’t skip the guided hydrotherapy. It’s a full two hour experience that we enjoyed immensely. The 80 minute massage is one of the best I’ve ever had. I wish I had chosen another massage rather than a facial. I splurged for the 80 minute anti-aging facial, and when I compared it with my daughter’s 50 minute experience, I actually think hers was more comprehensive. I was disappointed, but I should have clarified with what would be included when I booked the experience. It was the most expensive service I did and had the least value. Overall, we loved our stay at Coral Beach! Make sure to bring cash for tips. The service is so good and the employees work so hard to make the experience great. We learned a lot to apply to our next visit, and we can’t wait to come back!

40th birthday
Vitalino was amazing food great show wow wow wow. Vitalino put on an amazing show. The fire around the bar was awesome. Lots of tequila and great food with friends.Highly recommended. I celebrated my 40th with a group of friends. Best dining experience!!!!

Amazing experience
Vitalino at the Teppanyaki spot made our trip!! Not only is he an awesome chef but he was hilarious and made our evening very memorable! Woop woop! Yea ha! And some fun music along the way it was a great dining experience. All the servers were fantastic! Thank you

Outdoor dining at the Grand Fiesta
Tonight was our first night dining outdoors by the beach. It was a great experience dining under the stars, hearing the calming waves of the ocean. I want to point out that the staff and Alexis; the manager took really great care of us. It was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be back for a 2nd visit.
