We have absolutely no complaints about this resort. Staff is so friendly, room and facilities are clean, and the food is great. Special shout out to our Rodrigo Rámirez who waited on us everyday at the beach with kindness and the best energy. He is the best! We give him 10 stars

Brian and Graciela made our sushi dinner at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos unforgettable.
I had an incredible dining experience at the sushi restaurant at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, thanks to the amazing service from Brian and Graciela. Brian was spot-on with his recommendations—every dish he suggested was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. He clearly knows the menu inside and out. Graciela was equally impressive—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Together, they created a welcoming and seamless experience that made our night truly memorable. Highly recommend dining here—and if you’re lucky enough to get Brian and Graciela, you’re in for a treat!

5 Stars – Incredible Beach Service & Unforgettable Experience!
We recently stayed at the Fiesta Americana Grand in Los Cabos, and I can honestly say the highlight of our trip was the exceptional beachside service we received from Rodrigo Ramirez. For three consecutive days, Rodrigo took care of us like VIPs—his energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every moment on the beach unforgettable. Rodrigo was lightning fast, always one step ahead of our needs, and incredibly polite. On top of that, his humor and great personality brought such a fun and relaxed vibe to our days under the sun. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and takes so much pride in creating a great experience for guests. The food and drinks were also top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a mid-day snack or a perfectly mixed cocktail, everything hit the mark. If you’re headed to Los Cabos and plan to stay at Fiesta Americana Grand, make sure to spend time on the beach—and ask for Rodrigo. He truly elevated our stay and gave us the kind of hospitality that keeps you coming back. 10/10—can’t wait to return!

Great resort for a trip with family and friends
Great resort. Food and drinks were excellent… I recommend the pina colada with a Havana Club dark rum float. Pools were clean. Great beach with tons of marine wildlife. The staff was wonderful, especially Yamireth who went above and beyond every day we were there.

Excellent service
Alex, Armando, And Manaccs provided excellent service would come here they were all super friendly overall a great experience food was amazing hottle service as well staff was also great nothing to complain about and will definitely recommend.
