Over all it was not bad. The last night out restaurant wasn’t very good Our reservation was at 6pm. We didn’t get served till 7:50pm. There were other people that came in well after us who were served and having dessert. We didn’t have enough time to even have dessert as our bus left at 8:30pm. Food wasn’t great at all

The whole resort was amazing but of course some things need improvement. Learn to play the towel game at the pools.

Service and food
Service and food are not that good. Especially on the buffet. Servers they’re not gonna treat you good.

Jan 15, 2025Don't be fooled by the fake reviews
If you like sleeping in a hot room bc the AC turns off when you leave or when you're not moving this is the place. Also comes with prison quality food to ensure you'll lose weight during your stay. The only nice thing about this place is the pools, but make sure you wake up at 7am everyday of your vacation to ensure you save a spot for your party otherwise you're screwed. The beach front is pretty much non-existent and there's not enough chairs. If you like being harassed to buy a cigar, have a photo taken with some sad animal, or maybe get free lice from hair braiding you'll definitely want to save a beach chair bright and early. Good riddance.

We had a great dinner at La Adelita. The service was fantastic. Milvio was a great server and very attentive. The fish was excellent! We enjoyed the starter buffet. We also really enjoy having cart service each night. Jhan Carlos is a great driver who makes a point to learn our nightly schedule and pick us up for dinner.
