    Beautiful and relaxing

    Our stay was great overall, but there were a few things I wanted to make note of. Our room was beautiful, but the lighting was very poor, we could barely see at night. The food at the buffets were good, but repetitive. They were all the same every day for every meal. At 26 weeks pregnant, our activity options were extremely limited. We were basically told we couldn’t do any excursions which was upsetting. We also brought cash only to find out most of the stores only take card (all of them are card only after 5pm) Other than those, we had a beautiful trip. I definitely recommend snorkeling at sunset cove!

    Overall experience

    Overall, Palladium Resort Jamaica did not live up to my expectations. The photos I saw before booking painted a very different picture from the reality, and I was quite disappointed. I had read a few negative reviews beforehand but decided to give the benefit of the doubt—unfortunately, some of those reviews turned out to be accurate. I would strongly recommend revisiting the hospitality training for your staff, and placing greater emphasis on room cleanliness and overall maintenance of the facilities.

    Amazing holiday

    We stayed at the grand Palladium in Aug 2024 (a little late doing the review I know) and wanted to say what a wonderful hotel it was. Nothing was too much trouble, I’ve never stayed anywhere before where every single staff member is so happy, friendly and polite all the time. The location is stunning, beautiful beach, huge pool and the hotel was kitted out with everything you would need for a family holiday. My daughter is coeliac (gluten free) so I researched before we came if they would be able to cater for her safely and we couldn’t have been happier. On the first day we were introduced to Angelica who looked after my daughter nearly every day, and when she wasn’t at the restaurant we chose we were equally taken care of with the other chefs. Angelica however went above and beyond, providing lunches for my daughter when we went out on trips, cakes specially made for her and creating any meal that she wanted. This was one of our favourite holidays for all of the above reasons. Would go back in a heartbeat!

    11/10. Would highly recommend! Say hi to Wesley and Kiwi.

    11/10 experience! There was never a time we felt crowded at the pools or events. Food was superb! We attended multiple shows and events. Mimi and Althea did a great job for the cooking show, and the sugar cane class. Akeem, Carlan, and Sonic had all of us laughing and they engaged our kiddo very well! The bartending show was one of the best times we had. This was put on by Wesley, Orlando, and Dominique. Also, a 12/10 shout out for both Wesley and Kiwi. They both went so far above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. The best part about it? It was genuine, and is just who they both are! Wesley not only lead the bartending show, but he would go out of his way when he saw us, to make sure we doing well and if there was anything he could do to help. Talking to him was like catching up with a friend that you hadn't seen in a few years, but it's like you never missed a day. Kiwi not only did the fitness classes, but he's one amazing chess player! Our kiddo just started playing, and it was one of the highlights of our trip having him there playing a game with us.

    Absolutely beautiful hotel!!

    Absolutely beautiful hotel, couldn't fault anything about this place it is stunning. If you have read any of my many reviews on hotels this has to be the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! No complaints about the food (everywhere I have stayed the food has not been good) I couldn't stop eating at the Grand Palladium! the pool was fantastic, rooms beautiful & always kept clean. The staff are excellent, very friendly nothing is too much trouble. The beach is stunning, just everything about it is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel & would come back tomorrow, please put your prices down so I can come more often 🤞 The only thing I will say, toothpicks! Was never any toothpicks about, bring your own floss.
