It is always a great experience when we visit Hard Rock Cancun. The entire staff is very serviceable including, housekeeping, towel boys, inside and outside waiting staff. On this particular occasion Jessy and Kevoy went above and beyond and made our experience a wonderful one. Thank you Jessy and Kevoy. They organized a special dinner since it was our daughter’s birthday and they also organized a special lunch as well. The chefs have such great touch and our food was amazing. Thank you chef Manuel “muñeco” for such a tasty, delicious meals.

Hard Rock Resort Cancun….Amazing Experience!!
The Hard Rock is awesome! My family spent 5 nights at the resort. We had an amazing time! There are so many activities during the day, exciting night life and delicious food and drinks! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of having Alexis and Manuel as our butlers while we stayed at the resort. They were phenomenal!! Very friendly and extremely helpful! They booked dinner reservations, reserved pool side chairs for us, informed us of resort activities and helped with transportation to our excursion as well as to the airport. If we had any questions, we just messaged them and they responded promptly with an explanation. I would definitely request them as butlers again if we were to go back! Five Star Service!!!!! We highly recommend The Hard Rock Resort!!!

Awesome location, better staff.
We love this resort and staff. Jessy and Kevoy and Rommel were all fantastic. Everyone is so nice but an extra shoutout to Chac, Bebe, Noel, and Carlos at Toro. They made our mealtimes so much more enjoyable. We cannot wait to got back later this year

Overall, we had a wonderful trip to the Hard Rock resort in Cancun. I would highly recommend this resort.
Our trip was very good. Everything was great with the service, experience, and all of the amenities. Our butlers we had, Alexis and Manuel, did an exceptional job. They made the trip very easy for us by getting our chairs at the pool, making all of our reservations, answering any questions we had, and helping us solve any confusion we had during the trip. I would highly recommend their service to anybody. I would highly recommend the Hard Rock resort in Cancun for a vacation destination.

Great experience at hard rock Cancun !
Alexis and Manuel were great butlers ! They always helped us with whatever we needed. They always had a smile on their face!! Hard rock is a great all inclusive to stay at!! I would definitely go back and have those two as my butler again!!!!!!!
