    Like going home!

    Another incredible trip to Hard Rock Los Cabos!! We have gone there every year since 2021. We love it there. We have made such wonderful bonds with staff and it feels like coming home! To watch the whales from the pool, it is just simply perfect. The NYE party is the best we have been to. The entertainment is second to none. You will have so much fun!! Everything was so clean and everyone is so accommodating and helpful. The food was fabulous!!! We love the new restaurant Umo! We had some very special people that made our trip even better! Lolo at breakfast is the sweetest man we have ever met. He will make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need!! At the main pool, Ramón, Neto and Pedro will be ready to attend to anything you need! They make the day soo much fun! Daniel at the pools was so understanding and kind. Kev, for the second year in a row was our wonderful pool concierge. We love him!! He makes sure we have the best seats to make for a beautiful day! Aaron, the pool concierge, also went out of his way to make our days perfect! Thank you! Once again, Rafael is our VIP. He is our amazing friend who has become family, and also is a waiter at the legendary pool. We look forward every year to seeing this amazing person. He loves and cares for our whole family. He makes our vacation the best and one of the biggest reasons we return! At Zen, Hidalgo was the best waiter we have had at any restaurant we have been to there. He was absolutely perfect! At the Rock spa, we had the most amazing massages. Rocio and Yaris gave us the best massages we have ever had! And Jonathan is soo helpful and accommodating. Last but not least, our Alex, Alexis, Trovar. While he is now coordinating a lot of the activities and things behind the scenes, he always takes time out of his day to come see us and make us feel like we are family. He is another huge reason we return! Thank you for another amazing week of memories!

    Excellent service at a beautiful resort

    The excellent staff at Hard Rock made our stay! So many standouts that deserve mention - from Jonathan and Chetan (our Legendary “butlers”) who were responsive and helpful to the fantastic crew at Los Gallos (Selene, Lily and Erik) to name just a few - easily our favorite breakfast stop each day thanks to great food and the wonderful service! Other standouts include Anibal and Kev at the Legendary pool and Johnny the bellman was friendly and personable. Beautiful resort and fantastic service made our stay memorable - we will definitely be back!

    Excellent experience!

    The resort was great! The service was excellent , will definitely be returning! Already signed up to come back in the next year. The pools and restaurants are all fun and accommodating. One of the first all inclusives we have been to where all the food was good!

    Great experience overall!

    Great resort. Employees very helpful and friendly. Very clean resort. Check in for our business group was a breeze. Sal, Danny and Johnny were fabulous-friendly and knowledgeable and readily available to answer our questions. I would recommend that they add some more restaurants to the resort.

    Los Cabo Hard Rock Rocks

    We enjoyed everything about this trip! The Hard Rock facilities are very clean and well maintained. What made our trip was the friendliness of the staff. Brenda and Miguel of the pool concierge went above and beyond to make sure our Hard Rock experience was memorable. We had some business meetings, but the rest of the time was spent enjoying the many restaurants, beach, and pool. There are many excursion options, but we found activities to do without going on excursions. We had friends that enjoyed the excursions. Hard Rock Los Cabo is the perfect place to escape the winter.
