Checked in 3 hours ago and I'm on my 2nd room. 3 words. DON'T. DO. IT. This is our 2nd and last stay here. How this resort has fallen off this much in less than 3 years is beyond comprehension. Id give it a strong 3 stars. Diamond and presidential should be removed. The first room was dusty and dirty. The elevator looked like he hadnt been cleaned in weeks! Words were etched in the dust on the wall. The 2nd building was much better but the room still had hair in the tub and both rooms smell badly. The resort is literally being held together by duct tape. If I weren't traveling with kids id leave. Ill update this review at the end of our stay. I have zero expectations that it'll get better.

Apr 23, 2025Forget this resort and keep looking. Not worth the money.
I would never stay at this resort again. I went with my husband and children and other couples with kids. The beach was nice and that’s about it. Anthony the waiter in the cabana was excellent. The food is horrible, like really really bad The service overall bad The resort itself is rundown and needs major renovations, AC issues, water issues always running out of everything The check in was bad, had to wait over 3 hours to get our room. The shows HORRIBLE! The resort barely had people there and even then the service was poor. Overall just bad not worth the money and they need to majority improve everything.

Lovely hotel, ideal location. Fridge not stocked 4/10 days. One of the cleaners very unprofessional and intrusive hanging around for tips. Restaurants hard to book always at capacity. Room was lovely 3204 the sea view was amazing!! Clean

Whilst this resort is not on 7 Mile Beach (as promoted) it is in Bloody Bay which is a beautiful sheltered bay just off 7 Mile. The staff are hard working and friendly. The resort is constantly being painted and cleaned and the buffet restaurant has an excellent range of fresh local (awesome) and international cuisine. If I had one niggle I’d say the separate “Diamond Club” is a bit weird to us Brits, but the high rollers love those bragging rights! 🤮 The 24hr Cafe is staffed by the hardest working and most polite “team” at the resort IMO. Day or night they always went out of their way to look after guests. Service like that is hard to find anywhere. 👊🏽👊🏽🔥

Bootcamp with alpha
The bootcamp sessions have been awesome. Karli(Alpha) has been an incredible instructor. Anyone with any fitness level can do these sessions as modifications are provided for everything as he demonstrates each exercise with enthusiasm and energy. Thank you for the awesome classes
