Zeb Chepey was amazing to meet and discuss future travel plans. He was very informative discussing the Hilton Getaways and all it has to offer. We discussed how the program works. I have done it before so I understood everything. We met on the elevator and he was very friendly and not overbearing at all. Very polite.

Apr 24, 2025No Toilets - you'll just have to hold it!
Property is under construction and has limited amenities contrary to what is advertised. As other reviews mentioned, when returning after long day with family at Disneyland, the water to the entire building was shut off. Long line of unhappy people - they offered a bottle of water and a $50 inconvenience credit - and per the desk manager, Denise, when asked what to use for toilets, she said "you will just have to hold it". Unacceptable - not really sanitary for entire hotel to be without water - they indicated it was an emergency and that it would be fixed by 6am, knowing when it will be fixed and not seeing any crews working, I'm skeptical of the answer - more likely didn't want to pay workers OT to fix at night. Security had indicated that this happens often - so I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Business and comfort
I was here for a conference for a week from across the country, and spoke with Stephan who provided a wonderful resource regarding the Hilton grand vacations. Very comfortable, convenient and helpful, would definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

Apr 21, 2025Issues can happen, but it's all about how you address them.
They had some emergency plumbing issues which left a large section of our hotel without water for hours during a daytime repair. No shower, no washing your hands, no in-room coffee. These things happen, I get it. When I asked at guest services if they would buy me a coffee since I couldn't make one in my room, I got the brush-off. Missed opportunity! No streaming services of note on the in-room TVs or even the ability to log into my own (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) There are a lot of choices in the area and this one doesn't warrant a second try.

Zeb was great. Enjoyed our stay. Close to Disney and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We had an issue with our heater not working properly. Management made sure engineering took care of the issue. We are diamond members and we’re expecting a little more in terms of amenities. They are still undergoing renovations so that may be a factor. Theme park view was pretty underwhelming. I would save your money regarding that perk.
