Stayed at the Hilton Carlton for 4 days with my wife and son. Didn't know what to expect, due to normally we usually stayed at a Boutique Hotel when we traveled to Europe. However this time we had chosen this hotel due to its location. I'm glad we stayed at the Hilton. My family and I had a great time and experience at this hotel. The following reasons why: 1. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived 4 hrs early prior to check in, and JONATHAN and CELIA did their best to accommodate us. My son got sick during the trip, and thanks to the staff, they were able to check us on early. Thank you greatly!!! 2. Every staff member at the hotel is very friendly!!!! 3. Breakfast is a great selection, highly recommended. Recommend to book breakfast with your accommodation. 4. If you can, book your room with the perks of being able to have access to the executive room. It's worth every penny!!!!! 5. Again, what makes this hotel amazing is the staff. STAFF are AMAZING AND FRIENDLY!!!!

Great hotel
The hotel is in a great location and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nick at the restaurant was especially friendly and courteous. He also gave us a lot of tips on places to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Stay- travelers all the best you expect from Hilton Properties
Arriving travel worn from the US, stumbling into the Hilton Carlton, Susana was amazing. She helped us get into our rooms early and upgraded us!!! She recommended where to go and how to get around. She was a warm welcoming friendly face to greet us and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to our vacation. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Just FYI- nothing to do with service or our stay, the exterior IS currently under refurbishment & completely covered with scaffolding. This is April 2025- so if the exterior beauty is something you are hoping to see- maybe call the hotel and ask if it’s completed?! But otherwise, all fantastic of a stay.

Family vacation
Lovely hotel that was under construction when we arrived. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the city. Near all the sites and within walking distances of restaurants, historical sites and shopping. Nick was absolutely the best staff member and really made our trip. he was so kind and taught us about whisky and even wrote down a number of lovely places to eat around the city. He is an asset the the Hilton company and they are very lucky to have him as an employee. Great place to stay!!

Wow what a great hotel
Quick check in, and super nice room!! The breakfast was better than Americas🤠Alice was a huge help in the executive lounge! She was so sweet and very accommodating to this little Texan! :) Will definitely come back upon visiting again, thanks to all her great recommendations!
