Jan 16, 2025Beware Defective Electrical Wiring
USE CAUTION! There was a defective electrical outlet in our room with an exposed wire that gave my partner an electric shock when he unplugged his iPad. The front desk and management seemed uninterested and asked if we reported it to security. (We didn't, because we were late for a flight, but figured the front desk would address it.) We've since canceled our return stay at this property. Please be safe.

IN SHORT - 6/5 STARS Had the BEST dinner at Andiamo at the Hilton LAX tonight. I can’t stress enough how important it is to recognize a team like this when they do an outstanding job. Before I even got to Andiamo, I had a drink with Oswaldo across the way while I waited for Andiamo to open. We talked about the importance of community when it comes to hardship - which is what LA is demonstrating right now. Then I went to Andiamo when it opened and was immediately by Calvin and Julia at the front both were extremely professional, classy, and welcoming. My server’s name was Will E., and he absolutely blew me away with his level of service. So kind, a true gentleman that you can tell loves his job. The “other Will” and Jose also made a huge positive impression. After talking to the manager, Julie, about what a great job her team was doing, I felt so grateful to have stumbled upon this place tonight. Thank you!!

Jan 13, 2025Easy big hotel w predictability a plus
Stayed for a night to catch an early flight , as it happened the day before the fires. TV did mention incoming windy conditions. This is a large hotel, it’s got four arms emanating from central core like a death star. We were n floor 6, somewhere, we were placed too close to an elevator bank, or an ice machine, or something that at times in the night growled and gooshed. But it’s in lax zone so have that noise expectation. The airport shuttle is fantastic! The room service was fine, it seemed to operate late. The ac passable but it seemed to be old, the start up and shut off noisy kind, it was not easy to manage. Beds fine, elevators quick, didn’t have much chance to explore, and did not park or dine at restaurant. Good checkin though they get waves every time a shuttle arrives, but seem to process crowd quickly. Kudos!

Great Staff
Good hotel for a quick airport stay! Clean good sized rooms all with a GREAT STAFF! I stay here regularly, they offer a quick easy shuttle. Checking in on the Hilton App and using the digital key option is efficient. In less then 30 minutes of walking off the airplane I’m walking right into my room without hassle.

Beautiful view and the Seaside Restaurant
Beautiful view of the airport and mountains outside of our window…. I love planes and watching the sunset and sunrise were beautiful. The only downside was the floor in the bathroom was not clean and the shuttle only goes to the airport and no where else; other than that, check in was seamless, the food from the Seaside restaurant was delicious and the airport shuttle was perfect! The outside deck and pool were closed due to the fires but I’m sure other people enjoyed them before and will after our stay!! Definitely would stay at this Hilton property again in the future
