I stayed over on 12th and 13th of April, Everything was great from the check in to the checkout. First day and the staff named Eli checked me in on the Executive Floor. Eli was very friendly and very helpful. The Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor with an amazing view and very attentive staff, specially Aria. Aria looked after me like I was the only guest in the Executive Lounge, always with a smile! The final night I had dinner at the bar, the staff named James went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for me. Thank you very much Aria, Eli and James 🙏🏻 Thank you very much Hilton Manchester Deansgate. I’ll definitely be back as you made my stay unforgettable!!

Amazing stay in this beautiful hotel
Visited here with the family. Location was perfect for shopping and went to the Museum of Illusion too with our kids (14 &11). Huge thank you to Christina Lyons for making our stay extra special. Kaisa who checked us in at Reception - always with a smile and very helpful Michelle in the Exec lounge was amazing giving us a warm welcome and Ivy in the restaurant when we had our evening meal - super service. Thank you again and will definitely be returning.

Great hotel, great location.
Was here for a business trip overseas and it was a wonderful stay. I arrived Monday morning (March 31st) extremely jet lagged and tired. Thankfully, Jerome (who checked me in) was able to get me into my room right away! I'd also been given a room on the 22nd floor which had an incredible view! The room was compact but had everything I needed - very comfortable bed, a desk/working area and a coffee service area (although didn't use it) and the bathroom was efficiently laid out to have both a shower and a nice deep bath tub, and plenty of sink counter space. I only ate at the hotel once, for dinner Monday evening. The main restaurant was closed but the bar menu was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from hundreds of stores, cafes, restaurants and sights and also right across from the Deansgate train station (which I used for a short day trip) - places of interest were nearby Fort Coffee, the Tower of Light, Society (a food hall), Ryland Library, Dishoom (best meal I had in Manchester), the Northern Quarter, St. Peter's Square, St. Ann's Square, as well as various stores, malls, etc. But best of all for me were the amenities. There was a 24 hour fitness room, as well as a health club with a heated pool, hot tub overlooking the city, a sauna and a steam room with scented steam. It was perfect for relaxing after work and dinner. When I checked out, Jerome was very helpful in arranging a cab to the airport and also holding my luggage while I went out to grab breakfast. My only complaint was that the room was FREEZING but I couldn't control the temperature. I could only turn the AC off, which then resulted in the room being very humid and hot. Also, more lifts would be appreciated. One evening a large group was checking in, and it took 5-10 minutes to wait for an elevator.

Fantastic stay again
Stayed for 2 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. We travelled up on an early train from Blackburn as we had a brunch booked in Manchester. Left our cases with concierge and reception kindly gave us an executive lounge pass so we could relax with coffee etc before we were due to go out. We arrived back at the hotel at 15:30 but our room was still not ready so we headed back to the exec lounge to relax. We met with the lovely Michelle who is such a friendly, lovely lady and had some nice warm chat. As checkin isn't till 4pm we were happy to spend time in the lounge but when 4:40 came and we still had not been alerted to our room being ready we asked Michelle if she could check for us. Not only did Michelle run down to reception to get our keys she hand delivered the keys to us and then our cases to our room. I understand the checkin time but surely if a guest arrives early then can reception not prioritise the room cleans with housekeeping that are required for the guests who are "waiting".? If Michelle had not been there to assist then goodness knows what time we would have been alerted? Anyway we cleaned up headed to the lounge at 6pm and had a fantastic night with lovely food and a great range of drinks. Michelle is a fantastic host and an asset to your hotel and again we thank her for her hospitality. Our second night again was a great night with the lovely Melody hosting the lounge. Breakfast food choices are sensational with gorgeous flavoured sourdough breads and everything you can imagine. I opted for porridge and it was thick and creamy with lots of toppings aside. We love spending our time at Hilton Deansgate and will defo be back soon.

Apr 07, 2025Fantastic One-Night Stay – Great Value in Central Manchester
We stayed at the Hilton Deansgate on a Sunday night and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Check-in was easy via the app, and the staff helpfully held our bags until our room was ready. Our room on the 14th floor was spotless with an amazing view over Manchester. As it was our wedding anniversary, we were surprised with a complimentary balloon and fizz—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room too. We made use of the pool, which was lovely first thing in the morning, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was a real highlight—plentiful with lots of choice: cereals, pastries, full cooked breakfast, various juices, and smoothies. The breakfast area was comfortable and well staffed. All the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. For a higher room and breakfast for £153 this stay was fantastic value for central Manchester. Probably the best hotel break we’ve had in a long time—highly recommend!
