Hilton Paris La Défense offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The modern rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Paris. Its location ensures easy access to the city's attractions, while the attentive staff and excellent breakfast enhance the overall experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

30th birthday hell - avoid. As a busy mum I was extremely excited for a short city break with friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I was appalled by service on checkout where I was dealt with by Nargis and Malki. I was accused of not having paid for my reservation (I paid upon entry to the hotel). When myself and my friends tried to explain again and again we were ignored and at several points Malki was extremely unprofessional, speaking in raised tone and accusing me of lying. After showing both Malki and Nargis that I had paid on my bank statements, they insisted I provide a receipt as they wouldn’t take my bank statement as confirmation. I therefore had to go back up to my room to dig through rubbish on my 30th birthday as I had discarded the receipt once paid. This was a truly shocking experience and it is completely bewildering how Nargis is the manager. Malki is in need of some serious customer service training as I was so upset by the treatment - it completely ruined my birthday and had a knock on effect for the day as I missed a tour which we had paid £50 each. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Edit: my two friends said that they had tried to organise a birthday surprise for me in the room earlier during the trip but again Malki was being extremely unaccomodating. They did however say that Salma, Frank and Aurelian from the dining area were wonderful and promptly organised a birthday surprise. They were attentive, professional and went above and beyond. I’d say to come for lunch/dinner but to avoid the Hilton la defense for an overnight stay if you want to be treated with basic respect and dignity.

Interior of the hotel gives 1960's vibes which makes it unique and nostalgic. Location is very convenient as it is located inside shopping center which makes it easy to access restaurants and shops. It’s also just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient for getting around Paris. The room was comfortable and the service was solid. Breakfast menu stays the same everyday during our 4 nights stay. The gym is small with limited equipment. Overall, Hilton La Defense is a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Modern Comfort & Convenience in La Défense
I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Paris La Défense, mainly for its unbeatable convenience to Paris La Défense Arena—just a 7-minute walk via a well-connected walkway from the hotel. The refurbished rooms are modern and surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. I really appreciated the ample space, complete with a well-appointed table, a long sofa, and an armchair—perfect for unwinding with a drink or a quiet conversation after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was equally impressive—bright, spacious, and equipped with strong water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. One minor downside was the hallway lighting, especially around the wardrobe, which felt a bit dim. However, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. While I didn’t have time to explore the nearby malls, getting food and essentials from supermarkets was easy and convenient. In terms of connectivity, the hotel is directly linked to Paris’ main attractions via Metro Line 1, taking you to Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and Le Louvre with ease. Plus, a direct train on Line L brings you to the Palace of Versailles for just €2.50 per trip. Overall, I’d highly recommend Hilton Paris La Défense if you’re looking to stay in the business district, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, while still enjoying a spacious and well-connected base for exploring Paris.

Outstanding hotel in a great location.
This is a beautiful full service hotel. It is very comfortable and the rooms are nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The dinner menu was limited but the food was outstanding. The metro is very close and there are plenty of taxicabs available. The mall is very close for shopping and take out food.
