The Kids Club was amazing all the workers were so polite and respectful that my kiddos wanted to be at the kids club all the time , the service at Vela Sur and Vela Norte were great we had an awesome time and all the staff were really respectful and friendly … definitely going back ( hopefully soon)

Great family experience.
Great experience for our family! Many activities that change every day. We were able to find food options that fit our family’s schedule and tastes. The kids loved all of the warm pool options and our close location to the pool. Ice cream was a hit everyday!

Meditation
One of the best Incredible meditation, both days, guided meditation and the outdoor meditation with all the instruments and the drums and the flutes incredible incense, listening to the ocean at the sunrise. And in person, meditation, beautiful music words, complete recharge beyond words.

Best experience.
Beautiful all inclusive property, stayed at Hilton Tulum with friends for 5 days and had an amazing time. We enjoyed everything, they had plenty of restaurants. Food and service was exceptional. Every staff we interacted with were very nice specially the entertainment staff Roberto at the pool, Ivan at the pool bar and Lucia lobby bar they made our stay more enjoyable.

Perfect hotel apart from one thing
Could not fault this hotel in anyway , staff work hard to ensure your holiday runs smoothly . The hotel is secure and safe with security at the front gates . No one can just enter without details . The hotel rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean . The shower in the rooms are powerful and constant hot water . Plenty of space to pack your clothes away . The food was unreal and many restaurants to choose from and buffet bars . Private beach with waiter service and many pools to choose from . Hotel complex is huge, and the lobby area is so helpful . If I could pick a fault it would be choose carefully who you book your excursions with as we did get ripped off by one man . No taxis turned up to take us to our destination. We paid 140 usd for the taxis that never turned up . When we complained to Louis at the desk he did try to contact the seller but never got us a refund . That was the only downfall we had in the 2 weeks . Other than this we could not fault this hotel it was luxury
