Excellent customer service and the 2 gentleman who served us daily at breakfast was amazing, Edison and Ronald they both deserve a raise of pay. I was also treated to complimentary cake and fruits on my bday so that top my experience there.

The hospitality of this location was second to none! They were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and provided so many tasty options. The pool lounge with music, cocktails and food was a bonus. Great job RIU.

RIU Vaca experience
I enjoyed the beauty of the hotel and its location however there’s a few things that were a turn off in the room. The tub is outdated and uncomfortable, I couldn’t see the view of the city because of the dirt or fog on the outside of the glass and the very small television was most irritating. Breakfast and the pool were okay I’d say. Overall it was a good stay.

Panama CanalTrip
Staying at Riu Plaza made our trip to the city , canal and islands very convenient. Easy to get uber or eat locally. Liked the breakfast.
