We really enjoyed this hotel in the heart of Gran Via. It was centrally located to La Latina and Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The amenities were excellent, the breakfast wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We managed to book a last-minute stay at the Hyatt in the city centre after being affected by the Heathrow fire, which disrupted our travel plans. With the usual airline confusion and lack of support, it was such a relief to be welcomed by the incredibly helpful staff at the Hyatt. They went above and beyond — allowing us to check into our room as early as 11 a.m. and offering a late checkout the following day, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The team was professional, kind, and exactly what you’d hope for from a hotel of this standard. A big thank you to the Hyatt team for turning a frustrating day into a far more comfortable experience.

Prime location and truly excellent, kind service! Every time I stay at this hotel, the staff is always incredibly kind and attentive. They take great care of every detail. All of the employees are friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Low-Effort Review Title
Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Centric Madrid! The location is super convenient, and Maria at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, making the extra effort to get me checked in early to an great room with a wonderful view. Breakfast every morning was also an outstanding spread. Great hotel, great people!

Well-appointed Hotel in the centre of Madrid
Conveniently located in the centre of Madrid. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Friendly, attentive and efficient hotel staff. Our room was calm and restful and we did not hear much noise from outside. We will certainly return to Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid next time we visit Madrid.
