After a long day, retired to the Club lounge to relax. Kudos to Angel who recommended and delivered the perfect Cosmo to start, and then a good wine recommendation. Didn't hurt to have a nice range of snack - hot and cold - to accompany the beverage. As always - great service. Keep it up Angel

Great Service!
We are from the USA. Alex took care of us in the bar restaurant today. Amazing service! We have enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Nice front desk workers. We loved the showers in the wash room. We will be returning to your beautiful city one day again. Thank you!

Jantar - Negócios
The restaurant is very inviting, very well decorated and cozy. The food was very nice, with creative plating and very tasty. The service and staff was extremely nice and considerate regarding our requests. It was overall a great experience.

A Fantastic Stay
We had fantastic time staying at the Hyatt. The room was very nice and clean. We had several meals at the hotel 2nd floor restaurant called Terrum! Our server was Ali. Very friendly and courteous! His customer service was exemplary!! The cuisine was outstanding. The front desk was staff by a friendly Marie. Alan greeted us the front door and assisted us with our luggage as well suggested areas to visit in downtown Barcelona. The staff members were so helpful in making our stay a memorable experience in this wonderful town of Barcelona! Buen dia!!
