Jan 11, 2025Hyatt is the best for now
I recently visited the Hyatt Regency on January 7th and had an unforgettable experience. While passing by, I decided to step inside and see what the hotel was like. I was greeted by Gabi at the front desk, who was incredibly professional, patient, and respectful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so welcomed that I ended up canceling my reservation at another hotel, which I had already paid for, just to stay here. On January 8th, I returned to check in, and Jinnel assisted me. She was just as wonderful, showing the same level of care and attention as Gabi. It’s clear that Hyatt Regency has an exceptional team of staff who truly know their job and provide top-notch service. I was so impressed that I’ve already recommended the hotel to my friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning, and I look forward to staying there again and again. A solid 100/100!

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Service
Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and well-equipped. Excellent service and attention to detail throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Toenail clippings in room 1907. Behind bedside table for anybody staying there now. We didnt pick them up. Only found due to me dropping bank card. Sauna and steam room not in use. Could be a lovely hotel but let's itself down. Booked last year, jacuzzi wasn't working and card failed us after we'd got in thrift and a guest had taken us to 21st floor. Had to walk down to card at reception

We stayed at Hyatt Regency for New Years eve 2024 - hotel was busy and there were quite long queues for checkin. We had booked a regency suite which looked very good online and also came with club access - this is normally open all day with drinks reception in the evening and breakfast in the morning. When we checked in we were told the club lounge would not be open and that breakfast had been stopped in the club lounge for some time - this was dissapointing. Hotel is in a great location and the team looking after us were very good. The room was on a lower level than expected - the view was still not bad though. Room was not bad, but not what was quite shown on the website when booking and I would not call it a suite. It was perfectly fine but as it was called the Regency Suite (there are a couple of better suites but they were not available) it was not quite as special as expected. We didnt have food in the hotel so can not comment, we did have a look and it looked good so we will try it in the future. Great location and under normal circumstances it would have been a great stay, but as it was s special occasion we were a but underwhelmed.

Amazing stay
Perfect service from the nice and kind staff, room was clean and tidy. The view was fabulous on the canal side. The location of the hotel was near the city centre and easy to walk to the shopping centre and other attractions. Very recommended for a family.
