My visit to the Churchill
I really enjoy going to the Churchill, The staff are very welcoming the beds are very comfortable the room is always clean we really enjoy going to the Churchill bar we find it very relaxing the staff very helpful and always look forward to coming back as Thomas the manager make sure we are always looked after

I won't stay anywhere else
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Whoever is running this place is a fabulous manager who knows how to make both customers and employees feel special. As a globalist, I reached out a bit early to see if they had any suites they could stick me in. I was hoping to have a pre-going out spot for room service champagne tastings and having a place where I could hold a small meeting. I was talking to Alexandra and Divya and some lovely guy via email- I think the man was the manager. They are all amazing. When I got to the hotel, they knew me! I received a super warm welcome. Even the man came out from behind when I was checking in. He heard my name and popped out. They could not have been nicer. I got a room with a balcony which really helped my asthma as I had a place to sit outside with fresh air. This is I think my third stay with them and I don't bother looking at other hotels. I'm treated so well here and feel incredibly safe. I also made my sister stay at the same hotel while I was there (she has her own room) and she was also super impressed. The value for dollar here is incredible. I only used the club once, but it was clean, had friendly staff and what looked like very nice snacks. If you want to feel safe, cared for, and be centrally located, this is your spot.

Great location.
Excellent hotel. Truly, the quietest room I've ever stayed in. Staff were efficient and professional. Cleaning was top notch. The pillows were truly Devine. Fast elevators. The food and drinks at the Churchill Bar were particularly good. Great location, too. Close to tube stops, bus lines, wonderful restaurants and shops.

Impressive customer service / extremely good communication before arrival/ great location. Beautiful property, certainly will be back again. They anticipated every need and even had a welcome birthday Treat waiting for us upon arrival. Excellent experience.

Truly made the trip special. Welcome gift catered to my son. Staff very professional and they recognized us as Globalist and give us all the benefits. Breakfast was amazing at Montague. They have such an attentive service at both restaurant and the lounge on the 8th floor.
