Well located except a bit far from Heathrow. You will find everything you need in the surrounding area. Trasport connections are very good with the tube lines and rail lines within minutes of walk and of course Westfield shopping Mall is just next door.

Positive- room was nice and clean. Good amenities, no faults at all. Brilliant location. Negative- reception team unwelcoming, straight faces and zero personality. They apparently couldn’t find my booking payment even though I showed my email receipt of payment from booking.com and my bank statement. They then charged me £50 deposit which was not stipulated on the booking anywhere, 3 days later I still don’t have it back! Room service is daylight robbery, £5 to bring it up?! We paid for paninis but we actually got 2 raw bread rolls stone cold- tuna melt was cold tuna with unmelted cheese? Literally so disgusting. I would not stay again purely for the poor customer service, a smile when checking in would be beneficial.

Good room conditions-with adequate amount of towels and stuff. Gym Room is also good for maintaining its conditions and provides water and small towels that are caring. Though the amount of facilities are not sufficient enough. Staff are generally nice and courteous, and helpful in most occasions.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful decor, staff very smartly dressed and extremely helpful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room nice and clean with ample space and amenities. Location is great, very close to multiple options for food outlets and right next to two cinemas, the shopping centre, Stratford internal railway and the tube station.

Unethical treted
Well the stay was alright at a very good location. Howevermy opinion about the hotel changed when I saw how they treated theye're staff, like they are some kind of animals, it was discustig to see this thing early in the morning. The housekeepers seemed very streesed at theye're work enviroment. Shame on the managment!
