Greatest resort in Lahaina!
Hyatt Regency is a beautiful resort on Maui with amazing service! Their customer support was awesome. I received an upgrade for a room because of my Globalist status with a fabulous ocean view. Their service reaction was so nice and helpful for all our needs. Pool services and activities were great for our toddlers. Definitely recommend it anybody wanted to stay at Maui at Lahaina region!

Avoid during construction..
During out stay we were deeply concerned with the condition of the main pool. There was construction and there appeared to be construction debris that was seeping through from the construction site into the pool - contaminating the waters. Each morning, we could observe the staff trying to vacuum the soot in the water. Additionally construction started at 5M every morning of our stay. We were awaken to loud banging that carried out throughout the morning. Disappointed by the pool as it was the main draw for our stay. The noise level made it very unpleasant as well.

Great place for vacay
Second time here at this hotel and everything was great! Only compliant we had was the rooster waking us up in the morning. We ended up moving to another room in another building where the vacation club was. After that we didn’t hear anything. Self parking was $25 a night which wasn’t bad. Free would be better. It’s a short walk to the mall.

Superb experience!
Immaculately and hygienically clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was clean. Room smelled great. Quiet room. Friendly staff and the grounds and pools were also in beautiful condition, very well cared for. Perfect place for our yearly Conference.
