Would not stay there again.. I was there for a conference. No continental breakfast, market on site to purchase items (double what you can get at a grocery store). Glad I had a rental car, if you don't be prepared to walk miles or use an uber to get something to eat. Be prepared to do lots of walking to get anywhere (parking garage, pool, hotel restaurants, conference meetings, etc)

Attended conference with fiancee; daughter and I went to Disney world, Disney Springs while in Orlando; there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance; the hotel restaurant food was great! Not much to see in the immediate area because it's a place for business functions; if you don't drive there, prepare to use uber/lyft

Beautiful resort with easy access to OC Convention Center and excellent Regency Club
My oldest and I stayed at this Hyatt because of the convenience of being connected to the OC Convention Center, where Nationals was being held for 4 days. Previous years we stayed at various other hotels including "across the tracks" and a Four Points within walking distance. However, walking in July in hot and humid Orlando is less than ideal so having the Hyatt connected to the convention center (albeit a walk past the ballrooms inside and briefly outside but via a covered connector) seemed ideal. The lobby area itself is beautiful and open with an enormous video screen behind the check in area. The front desk was efficient, friendly, and courteous and they confirmed my Globalist room upgrade as well as 4pm late checkout and access to the Regency Club. The pool/outdoor area is very large and nicely designed and thought out-- the pool seemed well maintained with a lot of staff readily available as needed. The upgraded 2 queen room was on a high floor and quite spacious and large with a seating area and TV and a nice view of the pool area and convention center. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and well designed. The Regency Club was large with a lot of seating and a good selection of appetizers/drinks at night and pretty good breakfast in the mornings with some hot food and a large spread of fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals and more. Drink options were plentiful too which was nice. As part of the welcome gift, management offered me a F&B credit which was very generous of them. We used it at the steakhouse restaurant on-site where the food and service were superb. We enjoyed the ambience and rest prior to leaving that next morning having really enjoyed our visit. Additionally, there is a general cafe/market where you can order various type of American food to eat and to go. It has a large selection of drinks, snacks, bars, and more. It's conveniently located on the main floor towards the convention center. I preemptively booked this HR for July 2025 since we enjoyed our visit so much and look forward to going back and enjoying this resort.

Great facility — highly recommend!
Great hotel: facilities, features, and staff are top notch. I was highly impressed with all during my stay. The hotel has a lot to offer their guests — way more than a typical hotel. This is a great place to bring a family. Will be going back. Highly recommend!

A very large hotel with very good facilities. Good amenities in the room, except for a microwave oven. Need somewhat better chair to work, especially to use a computer. Very good conference facilities. Rather expensive food. No shuttle service that used to be part of the service provided by hotels like this.
