The King size bed was uncomfortable and the pillow were very flat, did not sleep a wink while I was there for 3 nights. Walking to and from the garage was horrendous as the Valet parking was overly priced. Waling to and from the conference room was to far with no options for a shuttle or inside transportation.

Best Hotel experience I have ever had Everyone from the Bellhop to the Pool Attendant were great. Overnight front desk manager went above and beyond to help me with an issue. The store is overpriced, avoid if possible. $40 for a regular USB-C cord, no brick. Descend 21 food was great

The pillows are fluffy and soft. You sleep very relaxed and comfortable in the hotel bed it feels like home & paradise over there it is breathtaking. My experience last year was amazing I enjoyed myself with all my friends being there was the best for 2024 June family cafe hyatt regency orlando.

Heartless Hyatt
Horrible. Hyatt would not refund despite cancellation weeks in advance due to child’s serious medical condition. There was no sympathy for the situation we were going through. No offer for even a small refund. Completely heartless company.

Hyatt delivers on expectations
Beds are great, excellent conference venue. Catering services are above average for a hotel. Whilst Disney was not on the menu for this trip, the location of the hotel and it's placement to all services is excellent. As a regular Hyatt customer I have elevated expectations. This property has repeatedly delivered.
