Jan 15, 2025A very comfortable hotel in a great location.
A very comfortable hotel. Security walking through the foyer was impressive. Breakfast was great, as were all the staff from concierge, right through to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. The tram is right at your door step. There is a cinema and shopping mall attached to the hotel. A great choice of restaurants within walking distance. I loved staying here and would stay again.

Recently stayed at this hotel with our family of 5 from the US. We booked 2 rooms one was a suite which had our too. & a connecting room for our teenage son, the other was a double bed room for our teenage girls. Both rooms had a view of Eiffel Tower which was spectacular, space was adequate and housekeeping staff did a great job keeping rooms tidy. Staff at front desk & in Mayo restaurant was somewhat subpar however the staff in the 24 hour market, regency club & concierge were wonderful. Great location easy to get to metro, lots of Resturant’s nearby as well. Would highly recommend for tourist with families.

Eiffel tower view!!!
Great hotel, great location, walking distance to metro line 1 that connects all the major sights and RER for easy airport transfers. We had club access which made the experience better, but anyways, amazing place. Great view of the Eiffel tower to wake you up.

Highly recommended
Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile for five nights and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Both my husband and I are World of Hyatt Globalists, we definitely felt valued and well taken care of during our stay here. Milana Tsoy, who is the VIP Supervisor, has been extremely helpful and supportive during our stay at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile. She even helped me call a restaurant to cancel a reservation since my daughter was sick. Her email replies were always prompt to ensure we got the help we needed. Thanks to the entire VIP team (Lisa, Milana and Eve), our rooms received complimentary upgrade to the High Floor with an Eiffel Tower view and our requests for connecting rooms as well as 4pm late checkout were granted. The front desk team was also very welcoming, friendly, and patient. The staff at the Regency Club and Sky Bar also need recognization for being attentive, friendly and approachable. Kudos to the exceptional service provided by everyone at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile! Overall, we were very happy with the food and beverages provided by the hotel. While the breakfast food options can use some variety, the snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres at the Regency Club were quite good.

Very small rooms. Old building . Only lobby looks good and the bar. No information given at the reception. Very bad service. Concierge come to the room at least 45 minutes. 3 Star Hotel. I am disappointed from everything. You cannot go to bar without reservation. There is no room service.
