Everything was as expected from Hyatt plus more! Highest service at every level. Special mention of the front desk staff who were very professional and friendly. One of the best buffet breakfasts ever, with plenty of choices to please everyone.

A room with a million dollar view
The view was amazing! The hotel is located in an area easy to navigate and easy to access public transportation. We were able to get a taxi to the airport within a minute! The hotel had a shopping center attached with direct access to the metro. We found many opportunities for meals, cafes, and walks right nearby. An excellent hotel with a very accommodating staff!

Luxurious Hotel
The view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel is simply amazing. The hotel staff was very courteous. Our room was tidy and cleaned every day. We also received complimentary water every day. There is a shopping center and movie theater in the back. The Skybar on the 34th floor was the icing on the cake. An impeccable view of Paris.

Apr 23, 2025Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Value for Money
Overall, my stay was underwhelming and, in terms of value for money, frankly disappointing. Perhaps this level of service is now typical in Paris in 2025, but it certainly falls short of expectations. The room was particularly small, especially considering the rate of EUR 400 per night. Room service was extremely limited. As someone accustomed to a higher standard of service in the Asia-Pacific region — including evening turndown — I was surprised that no such service was offered. In fact, the overall level of service felt minimal; guests are essentially left to manage everything themselves. Staff communication was also lacking. Some employees spoke amongst themselves using very informal language, which felt inappropriate for an establishment of this calibre. As a native French speaker, I was particularly struck by the overly casual, working-class French used by several staff members. Is this really the image the hotel wishes to project? Personally, I find it unprofessional. At the Mayo restaurant, my request for a cappuccino was refused, and I was simply directed to a self-service machine. At the Club Lounge during breakfast, limited staff were present to assist. I eventually had to leave the lounge to find a member of staff, who was on their phone. Moreover, the lounge felt more like a crèche than a business club, with children shouting and running around — not ideal for business travellers seeking a quiet space. There were also long queues at both check-in and check-out. The only positive aspect of the stay was that my request for an early check-in — late morning instead of the standard 3 PM — was kindly accommodated. Aside from the helpful front desk staff, the rest of the team displayed little understanding of what hospitality should entail. Not for me.

Wonderful family spring break..
Amazing stay with my family of 4. We stayed in a Refency suite and loved having lounge access. Everything was better than expected. Also loved the proximity to so many lines of transit and quick ride to the tourist areas. The neighborhood was still walkable and had good restaurants and boulangeries too.
