Amazing trip overall very friendly staff at one of the best hotels I’ve ever seen. Good food you can choose from and the bars everywhere funny bartenders. Especially in the entertainment segment Caesar and Orlando are your go to people if you want to have a blast!

Amazing workers and great food
I had a great time, I don’t want to go back home, the service was amazing, the treatment, all the workers so happy and friendly to do there job. In coco Cafe Jahir y Scarlett made me the most amazing coffee and great service. In el ceviche chef Guadalupe made me a special agua chile just for me and his helper Jesus. In the beach Eduardo was so amazing always checking in and bringing everything right always. The workers at the rooftop are great as well, Adel at the pool bar makes the best drink. Francisco at the Italian restaurant was so amazing with good food recommendations. Everyone at the Dalia restaurant was great.

Truly a 5 star experience. Always served to the fullest extent, treated like special guests. Restaurants were great, alcohol was great, amenities were great. There were several occasions when I was about to head to grab a towel or drinks, but an employee would immediately offer to get it for me and deliver it right to my spot by the pool or wherever I was.

We are great full for chef Guadalupe and his server Jesus,Emilio for the ceviche and excellent service. Rooftop bartenders adel, Jose mendez , William staff was amazing as well, for making Mariel our birthday girl a special piña colada! Thanks again

This hotel is under construction. Probably best o visit in a year when the facility is ready. It was noisy, with construction noise all day long. NOTE: there is no beach. There is a shuttle, but it is fully booked in the morning. If you want a beach holiday, this is not the place for you. The main road is over a kilometre away, so prepare to be isolated, and to pay dearly for the opportunity to get away from the hotel. The design of the rooms is excellent, the restaurants are top notch, but it wasn't enough.
- AdvisoryRooftop access at the hotel will be reserved for Vantage Club guests only. Includes exclusive use of rooftop pool, Cobalt swim-up bar, and breakfast/lunch at Oishii, with personalized concierge services and premium liquors. Guests staying during this date change will retain access, arriving after prior bookings can access the pool but not Oishii for breakfast/lunch. Non-Vantage Club guests can enjoy the Cobalt bar with standard liquor options. Rooftop gym and Oishii dinners remain open.
