Lovely Canarian hotel set in upmarket area of Santa Cruz. We spent Xmas here and will return. Spacious junior suite with large balcony, jacuzzi bath and large bathroom. The professional staff made our stay, along with the high quality food served in Los Menceyes restaurant. This is a quality hotel with very good service. We enjoyed the half board option, with a choice of main course delivered to table, albeit the rest was buffet style. Large variety of quality food at breakfast and dinner. Great variety of fish and speciality cheese. Enjoyed the Spa and water treatment experience. Beautiful park outside leads to the main shopping street with plentiful bars and restaurants. Check out with charming Iria was perfect. Highly recommend for business or leisure, and will be back next year. Thankyou.

The hotel is very suitable for a short business trip. Check in and check out process is smooth and efficient (special thanks to Miriam , Sharon and the trainee Miryam at the front desk). Coffee shop terrace is very good (big thanks to Klaudia who was super). The rooms and the facility in general is old not up to a 5 star expectations.

Beautiful
Stayed for one night during our stay in Santa Cruz. This is a beautiful hotel across the street from a beautiful park and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the port. My only wish was that we stayed another night. Utilized the pool and enjoyed a great breakfast. Would 1000% stay here again.

“October Bliss: A Relaxing Couples’ Getaway
We stayed here for 7 nights on a B&B basis. Despite arriving late, check-in was quick, and we were informed where we could still grab a bite to eat. The breakfast selection was extensive, whilst only scrambled eggs were available at the buffet, you could request any other style, and they would prepare them fresh, which I personally preferred over fried eggs sitting under a heat lamp. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. During our stay, only one family on one occasion, resorted to reserving beds with towels, though there was more than enough space for everyone. A lovely touch was the complimentary cocktails served poolside twice a day. Carlos, the friendly bartender from Cuba, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Our room overlooked a small road, but we had a distant view of the sea. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and serviced by housekeeping daily. We couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite being located in the town, the hotel offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. An area of the hotel we particularly enjoyed was the terrace situated just off the reception where we would sit each morning after breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Lovely hotel, great service.
Lovely hotel, superb service levels, rooms spacious and clean, well maintained pool and garden areas. Special shout out to Carlos, great friendly service poolside. Brilliant buffet breakfast, high quality and something for everyone. Good location, close to great park and 15 min walk to old town.
