    Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the  approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

    Staff make ALL the difference!

    The people make all the difference here! Luis, Jose and Zulekia are the most attentive to every detail! Scheduling the best dinners, our massages, with our favorites Marisol and Cleo; they are the best! We come here each holiday because they make us feel like family! Gracias! Until November…

    Just okay.

    The good— the resort grounds are well maintained, the rooms were large and clean, it was easy to get around the massive resort with the plentiful golf cart service and the food was very good for an AI. The bad— with the exception of the house keeping services, most customer service was awful. A bartender at the Coral beach bar rolled his eyes at my friend because she didn’t order her frozen drink at the same time I did and he had to make another. The concierges at the Coral level were very unhelpful and unpleasant, except for the woman I met upon check out. Restaurant staff were only friendly on the day they were doing guest surveys in the restaurant where they begged for five star reviews. Shows were not as good as some I’ve seen at other resorts and there was not a lot of other activities happening, even though they were listed in the app. Our kids had a great time, and the good parts made for an overall enjoyable trip, but with the service we received we won’t be back. I’m kind of surprised at all of the positive reviews considering our experience.

    The best

    Truly Exceptional! Working in hospitality, I’m usually very critical and notice every detail—but this resort truly impressed me. The service was outstanding, the room spotless and beautifully maintained, and every aspect of the experience was flawless. It’s by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend! Food was delicious.

    Amazing week at Coral Selection Bavaro-Punta Cana

    Angel was assigned to us on the day of our arrival. He was our Star Prestige representative. The level of attentiveness, communication and kindness he showed us was beyond expectation! Our experience during this week was phenomenal because of Angel…we got to sit back, relax and be present with each other. One of the things we love most about our membership with Iberostar is that we feel like family within minutes of our arrival. It is so nice to have one consistent contact to guide us through our time away from home. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Getting away and not having to worry? Have to give a shout out to Janaira as well! She was behind the bar in Star Prestige by the beach and took amazing care of us! Kept us well “watered”! Definitely in our top 2 for Iberostar locations visited!

    Amazing!

    We stayed over the holidays at the Coral Level Selection Bavaro. Our accommodations were amazing as well as the food, beach, all the different pools and Spa. This was our fourth time too Punta Cana, and it was truly amazing! We were so impressed with how personable and the attention to detail upon our arrival all the way through to our checkout. The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean! The restaurants are delicious! I would like to mention these amazing individuals by name and hope that they get their much due recognition for their hard work, professionalism, and truly making us feel like family! We loved it so much that we are going back in June with our family again to this resort. Can’t wait to see everyone soon and thank you so much again! A truly special thanks to Luis (manager of the StarPrestige). He made everything perfect for us from planning reservations and anything we needed in our room! He is a wonderful individual. And we thank you Luis!!! Others incredible people that made our trip seamless were Marlenny, Keyda, Zuleika and Melissa in the StarPrestige. Again, they treated us like family and we’ve known them forever!
