Hotel is in a great location, literally on the beach. We checked in at around 9pm and reception staff suggested we go and eat in the restaurant before check in which was a nice touch. Key card on wristband which is really handy, no lost or shared room key card. Room was lovely and modern and spotlessly clean with a very large balcony and comfy furniture. Shower and toilet aren’t very private (frosted glass doors) and are both tiny you can barely move! Asked for extra pillow which was provided swiftly. Breakfast was lovely, lunch we ate from the food truck only, which was really nice (chicken burgers, nachos etc) main evening meal was meh (fatty meat and LOTS of fish) we mainly ate pizza although the desserts were very nice. Beer and cocktails were nice and staff very attentive. As we travelled in April I believe the hotel had not been open for very long so lots of things weren’t actually open including pool bars and it was silent! No music, no daytime entertainment and night time entertainment was poor. Nothing around outside though just lots of bike shops and spar shops, very quiet resort. Overall lovely clean hotel but I wouldn’t return we like somewhere a little more lively.

Spent five days at this hotel. We chose it mainly on the basis of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Great hotel, fab location, beautiful beach (although it was too 'chilly' to be able to spend time on the beach). Rooms were clean and more than adequate. We would suggest that tea/coffee making facilities in rooms would be an improvement rather than having to wait to go to breakfast for the first hot drink of the day. We were a little nervous about some reviews that described the loo and shower arrangements in the rooms to be not very private but we did not have a problem with the layout or privacy. The restaurant and the buffet was one of the best I have encountered. Everything was fresh and in abundance. So much choice and attention to detail in displaying the different counters /choices. The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh. Absolutely spoilt for choice. Drinks and cocktails in the Le Creverie were excellent too. Leticia - the guest relations lady was delightful, helpful, friendly and very dedicated to her job, as were the people on reception. Happy to help with all enquiries and requests. We made use of the tennis court - the court surface was excellent and clean. The netting around the court had a few gaps around the bottom but people were always happy to throw our balls back if they escaped the court so it wasnt really a problem. We hired bikes from the Bike Coffee Shop just over the road and to the left - 12 Euros for the day. Excellent bikes! We used the public bus as well - the stop is just outside the hotel. Tap in and tap out as you go. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfect worth every penny will definitely do another holiday here David H is lovely we had to review him twice he was that good thank you to all the staff. If you can get out here to this hotel please do clean great food and I couldn’t be happier

Exceptional holiday
The hotel is so beautiful and clean every part is up to perfect standard the food is delicious with so much option and the cocktails and drinks are all made fresh with real alcohol the staff are so friendly especially David H who always was there with exceptional service and a smile who really made our holiday special thankyou for making us feel so welcome

Marvellous stay in Mallorca
Really good week’s holiday with the family in Mallorca. The hotel had great adult activities (volleyball, water polo), though I have to say the activities for our 14, 11 and 8 year olds were a bit limited. That said they had a great time in the kids pool every day. There are plenty of eateries nearby and in the hotel the buffet is enormous. We were on half board, which was a good option as we were generally not very hungry after a big breakfast, plus it allowed us the flexibility to eat outside the hotel. I’d return.
